How is it libel to say a shelter called CPS on you when you yourself told us that story!?

The shelter lady made a malicious CPS call because I wouldn't cave to her Capitalistic mindset. She forced me to sit on the couch so she could drill me and tell me I should stop homeschooling my children (which was a religious exemption) and get a job and I told her that because she receives federal grant funding it was illegal for her to tell me what political and religious mindset I had to follow. She got mad and stomped out of the room. Next day, some CPS workers illegally ambushed me in the Shelter without a Warrant.
She had a reputation in that city for doing that to MULTIPLE mothers who came through her Shelter. She conspired with CPS to try to make the report "anonymously" but it was obvious it was someone who was Shelter staff who just read off things from the Shelter log/journal to the CPS, none of which were "abuse and neglect" under definition of the law. I sent a subpoena for the shelter journal to prove it. If you don't know, Shelters video record you while you live there, which is creepy in some ways, and then that particular Shelter kept a log of every move every resident made, including me. They even tried to harass me when I would sit down and pull my tit out and breastfeed my son because it could be seen on camera. I told them if they didn't like it, DON'T LOOK. They then tried to abuse me by making me stand up in the middle of a breastfeeding session and tell me to clean my room. Total abuse and ignorance. Anyway, YHWH sees!
But the guy who ran the Shelter was actually reasonable. He asked me if I was going to sue them for discrimination and I told him no, but that the other lady needed to stop harassing me about my personal life choices. And also, a plumber who was there to fix something in the Shelter who saw the CPS ambush me, he came back the next day with toys and clothes for my children. He said that he overheard me calling my children by their biblical names and he wanted to bless me in the name of the Creator. The Shelter staff who were bullying me were really taken back by that, cuz he brought me like 10 toys and 3 bags.
That's also actually a common thing in Shelters though, I hear it often: women flee one narcissistic asshole (their abusive partner) to be abused by Shelter staff. It's absolutely pointless to go to a Shelter. It's just trading one form of abuse for another. It's better to connect with personal contacts who can help you. Or sleep in the woods if you don't have children. That's why a lot of homeless people sleeps in the woods, they get tired of the abuse by Shelter staff.
I wouldn't be surprised if that particular Shelter conspired much more deep than that. Rumor had it around town that the Shelter was basically a factory for CPS calls. Out of all Shelters in VA that shelter receives 1/10th of VA's grants ($200,000 out of $2M). A little no name town out in SW VA received 1/10th of the state's grant money. Hm, interesting. Then that same county which hosts the Shelter has received an award for "most number of children moved from foster care to Adoption". It's a common money scheme, repeated all over the country. Social workers get financial kick backs for ADOPTIONS (like $4k bonuses), SO many counties often make malicious and fake CPS calls to keep that going. If you don't know that the government is one of the biggest child trafficking robbers in the country, then you are asleep.
No matter, I reported the malicious CPS call, and a judge was made aware of the Shelter's actions.
