Honestly the prosecutor is so much shittier here than in the Chauvin case, this guy sucks, and he can't read the judge, saying to the judge 'we'll agree to disagree' is just delusional, because if the judge disagrees with you, you fucking lose. You can disagree all you like, but you lost.

This is some "anti-carceral" Louisiana public defender who complains about his "BIPOC" clients routinely getting shafted by unfair judges defending Kyle's judge on the 'victim' framing. Hardly likely to be politically sympathetic to Kyle, but at least has the common sense to understand the legal reasoning for this.

I’m terribly afraid it will be a guilty verdict, not that I think he is.

Kyle did God’s work, killing Jewish pedophile terrorists that night.

I’m glad he managed to raise the cash though, and I hope his family have hired the best possible legal defense. We’ll see if money or ideological allegiance matters more in the Weimarican legal system.

If I were on the jury, I’d make sure he got off or a mistrial was declared. But it seems the state and the System are going to work very hard to ensure no one sympathetic to Kyle is on that jury.

Please refrain from doomer posting unless you have actually been watching the trial.

There is no way to interpret what has actually been happening during these court proceedings that the System and more specifically this judge is working hard to screw over Kyle.

The judge was so incredibly pissed off with the prosecution at the last hearing. The judge ruled that the people who got shot are not allowed to be called victims. As long as the defense can prove that the people who were shot were arsonists, rioters, and looters it will be allowed. The prosectuions expert witness testimony isn't allowed and isn't going to be in the trial and the judge insulted the fuck out of him low key. The defenses expert witness testimony is allowed in a limited form and the only reason it was limited was because the defense didn't fight for his full testimony at this time even though the judge indicated he felt his full testimony was warranted and would have allowed it if the defense fought for it.

Seriously, there is no need for doomposting right now. As long as Kyle is given a fair trial that follows the rules he will be acquitted given the facts of the situation. The judge is very clearly sticking to the rules and the law.
