General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
Also, something I had no idea about, but Hisui did vocals for one of RoughSketch's latest tracks and appeared in the MV. I'm just a fan of RoughSketch, so that genuinely caught me offguard when I saw it. Hardcore's a bit of an autistic acquired taste, especially if you're not into EDM, but the whole album's pretty solid if you are. Also, Hisui's alternate outfit might honestly be one of my favorite ones out of any Vtuber, it just gives off a pretty unique vibe.

Fuck, I just realized I have to import the CD for this one cuz the last 4 tracks are licensed by Konami (:_(

It was very good. She thought it was going to be like RE4 and Dead Space which is why she let her members vote on it in the first place.

Suffice to say she wasn't very pleased to find out it was a claustrophobic survival horror where bullets are scarce for a while and you can lose your knife when you get jumped.

What's everyone's stance on Hololive's Home3D? Outside of Miko, Sora, Roboco, etc who's models are built from the ground up to stream up close. Just thought it's pretty noticeable that there's been an influx of members taking the plunge of buying the hardware required to use it. Lamy, Rushia and Kanata the past week. Which, unless it's changed, is out of pocket from what Coco said in the past. But that info is from over a year ago now.

I wouldn't be opposed to it if Cover/Hololive updated them more often, or stepped over to using the more expressive Hologra models. They have the added "bones" in place already and would just need to add the tracking. Which is probably more work than I'm letting on, but keep in mind Coco mentioned that the price of entry was in excess of a few grand at the time. But I guess maybe the influx could also be due to the price has gone down.

As for the models/tracking themselves, there seems to be a rather large discrepancy. Sorry for using two old examples, but I didn't necessarily find Kanata's and Rushia that much different to the original Korone example. Which is a bit lackluster. I do think Korone has had some updates since I think her recent collabs with Miko using her Home3D were a lot better. But if you compare it to Luna's, Luna feels so much more expressive.

Someone's been cutting onions in Nene's stream.
Its debut watching time with much tenshi-love

Besides Towa who uses her Home3D for RFA streams, I also find Lamy's one fun and Rushia's one having more accessories/designs (though I didn't watch all of it). Maybe Cover is using them as beta testers for the updates? Since Cover is first and foremost, a company that focuses on VR, maybe they're having their talents use it if it not from the talent's pocket. As you've said too, due to the influx of neophyte vtubers, they can adjust and make it more affordable so they can gain even further.

I prefer Live2D for the most part. The only time I like the home3d is when Marine uses it, since it captures her little movement quirks better. Korone's is cute too, but I just like her live2d way more.

Be wary of any Ames you observe in the field: it may not be the Ame you expect. In fact, be wary of any Ames, period.

Here is a current photo of her latest office setup. Report any observances of unusual activity or out-of-place behavior immediately.

There is also Watsoprolis or whatever the name it was, a planet sized Watson where all the Watsons of all timelines reunite and converge (is just Mogo the living planet with all the green lanterns swapped by Amelias)

Selen's secret stream appears to be a sponsored stream for the upcoming EN launch of Colorful Stage/Project Sekai, which is kinda surprising. She doesn't really seem like a rhythm game player, and I don't think she's ever mentioned playing them in her debut or elsewhere. Why her, when several other EN members have already mentioned playing rhythm games, Petra even having played the JP version of Project Sekai two months ago?
iirc Hololive played this a long time ago

Maybe Cover is using them as beta testers for the updates?
We have come full circle again how ironic

Pippa's psychotic aunt used to stage suicide scenes with young Pippa's stuffed animals. I'm not even surprised right now.

Edit: Pippa's telling some gnarly childhood injury stories (psycho aunt tripped her on the stairs, Pippa faceplanted onto a ceramic tile floor, lots of stitches between her eyes, lots of blood). Said aunt also once tried to drown her in Grandma-kin's pool). Getting some Ame flashbacks right about now.
I thought she said it was her cousin?

Nobody should speak or hum these words so carelessly.

>Pekora sings haachama theme song
>stream immediately turns from cooking food to making a bomb

She's having fever, unable to take a break due to work schedule, and depressed over her constant health condition. I never care this much about any hentai artist before, man. This hurt.

She's always had health issues sadly, you get used to it, sadly.

To cheer up, here are a whole bunch of female hentai artists singing an anime OP that none of the corporations are likely to touch, which is a shame because it's a great OP
