He is pigsplaining the leaks and he is off to a great start. He had ''ZERO FUNDS'' except for the funds he had via paypal...

He couldnt afford to pay his bills so he had to spend $1500 on a lawyer...

He had to ''fix stuff'' and it took ages. He got most of ''the stuff'' fixed but he hired a lawyer then was hit with a bill from said lawyer for the services he employed him or her for out of the blue.

Phil has to spend £500 which was for important stuff on sorting out fraudulant withdrawals from his account...

So in short Phil has been spending his bill money on gatcha and doordash as detailed in the leaks and is trying to double dip on his paypigs because he got hit with late fees and lawyer bill

He is claiming the the $1500 dollars he had to pay the Lawyer as stealing from him. He knows he cant say the person who hacked his info stole from him so he is mentioning ''theft'' as often as possible to gain sympathy when he hasnt said that someone has actually stolen from him. But he is actually talking about the lawyer bill he made up when drunk tweeting

This fkn guy :story:
lmao. Holy fuck he's gotta do better than that. He's raked in how much money since the leaks?

Not to mention how he said he was "robbed". The apparent criminal stole from him and put his financial information up on the internet that's somehow not 100% accurate.. but it is... and they stole money by trying to make transactions even though they couldn't and now he has to pay for a lawyer to close and open a bank account and change his information with his autopay bills.

TLDR;

The scumbag indirectly robbed Phil by making him pay $1,500 for a lawyer to close and open a bank account.

Yup.

How doe he have a day to think it through, and manage to sound like he's making it up as he goes along while forgetting what he's saying as he says it?
He HIRED a lawyer and is surprised they want money for a service. The dumbest part is that this, as obvious as it sounds, shouldn't surprise him. He hired one for the bankruptcy, he knows how they work from experience.

For the record I think any posts in the vein of “I can’t believe people still tip Phil” are not even worth typing anymore. Because you know, I CAN believe people are still tipping Phil. Gotta stop acting like hopelessly retarded people will somehow miraculously stop being hopelessly retarded. Between that and little kids, it really shouldn’t be coming as a “surprise” to anyone at this point that so long as he hops online there’ll be some idiot to throw money at him. Because if they haven’t learned yet they literally never will.

Imagine being a denthead who likes DSP and thinks this is a good idea, and you want to throw money at him, too.
As long as you aren't thinking DSP is entertaining....but the moment you actually process what you are watching/listening to you realize what trash it is.

This is also what he does to his fans....he conditions them to only regurgitate what he says.

hes trying so hard to make himself the biggest victim ever bringing up tspring after this lawyer shit.. he says he makes 100 dollars a year, but he calls that a pittance when it comes to youtube ad revenue...

DSP always reminds me of a spoiled child trying to weasel money out of their parents. Well i was going to spend the money you gave me on school books... buuut this one unforseen thing that wasnt my fault happened, then another, and another, and and i had to spend my own money to get home safe, so now im overdrawn on my bank account, so idk where im going to get money now, mommy.... *HINT HINT*

You know, when you are trying to cover up bad spending, the lie is supposed to be more believable than the truth. It's also not supposed to make you seem like a complete fucking idiot. I have never met someone who claimed to hire lawyers so often for noncriminal stuff. I would have more respect for him if he just said he has an addiction, because it would mean that he is less stupid than his cover up story is making him seem.

How doe he have a day to think it through, and manage to sound like he's making it up as he goes along while forgetting what he's saying as he says it?
Because he is making it up as he goes. Until he produces a fucking invoice from a law firm, he's lying.
He HIRED a lawyer and is surprised they want money for a service.
And when you hire a lawyer, they get money upfront unless they plan on getting paid from a settlement. So unless he's about to sue Bank of America (he's not), the lawyer would have wanted payment upfront. Phil is lying about getting a bill for $1500. Lawyers 1) don't do the work and hope they get paid (unless there's a well-established relationship) and 2) aren't going to surprise a client with a bill. Both are good ways to not get paid.

Edit: Speaking of the bankruptcy, recall that he had a mystery lump sum of money he needed (like $1800 or so, I think?)--that was the retainer the bankruptcy attorney required to handle his case. UPFRONT.

3) You dont need a lawyer for a 15/30 minute phone conversation with the bank to change your password and memorable question and check withdrawls on your statement
