I mean, he did say that it needed to be special ordered, right? I wonder if maybe someone called the place (which we know is Spirit of Halloween thanks to the bank leaks), be like, "hi I'm Phil Burnell and I'm waiting on a costume order, oh yeah which costume was that again?" and get all the info that way lol

In all seriousness, if that's indeed Phil's costume this year, we should congratulate him on moving (maturing) up the evolutionary ladder: from Cro-Magnon to Monkey. Also, it'll say something if Phil isn't hairy enough for the costume.

Edit: Speaking of the bankruptcy, recall that he had a mystery lump sum of money he needed (like $1800 or so, I think?)--that was the retainer the bankruptcy attorney required to handle his case. UPFRONT.

Most lawyers aren't stupid, so if you're talking to a guy about getting a bankruptcy, he already knows you're a deadbeat. Why the fuck would he let you owe him money? I remember Phil being completely baffled by the bankruptcy guy wanting to be paid up front, as if any fool would know the Famous Phil Burnell would certainly be good for a mere $1500. Pffft~! There's a really funny thing about a dsp fan discord. Every other time one was made, the people in charge of it gave up on keeping it due to infighting in the "community". Not detractors, but other dsp "fans". This was when his genuine fans actually numbered in the triple digits.

Phil copied off of Keemstar's second response video that he supposedly didn't watch. You can tell it REALLY got to him.

I only remember one such Discord Server, from back in late 2017 that a fan made and tried to get Phil and the mods to endorse. Phil declined, said he'd never use Discord (lol), and then that particular server was swiftly taken over by former SOK lackeys like Kevan_VG LARPing as DSP fans.

If there was ever any others by "real fans," then those were so low profile that Phil and the mods never heard about them.
