He had no business being there.

Last time I checked there's nothing in the law telling you when and where you have "business" in public places.
Your paranoia about "the grifting right" has nothing to do with whether or not Kyle was legally in the right here. Saying "goofy fucks" 20 times like you're trying to force yourself as some forum personality with a wacky catchphrase has nothing to do with whether Kyle is legally in the right. Nothing you're saying itt has anything to do with law.

I'm not sure why you're talking about your kids.
Hopefully they don't take after their father and instead opt to become men some day.

I always considered following the law as a fundamental part of gun ownership and carrying.

This will remain a fundamental part of gun ownership. Regardless of your edgeposting and Kyle has still ruined his life.
When the law fails, what then?

The only reason Kyle life is ruined is because of soft people. The kid should be getting an award for protecting his community when the all so mighty law abandoned the people that pay it tribute so that it could defend its sacred temple.

This is your law...

this is your law when it has forsaken you

This goofy little shit had no business LARPing as law enforcement.

Cause celeb for the weird part of the right. Y'all can have him.
Agreed.

Kyle was part of something greater:
(a)The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b)The classes of the militia are—
...
(2)
the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.
Unlike the law you hold in such reverence, Kyle did not forsake his community that the agents of the law swore to protect.

Rate me as late, but for fucks sake, he had every right to be there. First of all, he was asked for help, so he had every legal right to be defending the property in question. Second, as strange as it may sound, he had every right to self-defense, despite what the BLM and those other pussies may have said or what his age suggests.

And as for the inevitable question, Rittenhouse did everything by the book while the Kenosha POLICE did nothing to help...

Oh, my mistake, they arrested the actual victim (Rittenhouse) while the looters get off.

So Barnes said some very strange things on Eric hunleys show. maybe the defense will not use every help they can get with jury selection. bad.

The pre-trial motions are going Kyles way, but that's no reason to get overconfident. Jury selection is just as, if not more important. Chauvin's trial was lost the minute they swore in those activists.

Everything will be for naught if the wrong people get empaneled.

I just want to say that after watching Thomas Binger ‘s (the assistant DA) arguments that he strikes me as a literal cuckold with a humiliation fetish. He’s also a loser as he got completely destroyed running for district attorney in Racine county back in 2016. I have never seen a prosecutor lose every single motion he tries for and get destroyed by a judge, especially in a high profile case. Just look at this man and tell he hasn’t said “my wife’s boyfriend” or “my wife’s son”

I agree with you generally but the Kenosha cops let Kyle go too, they actually just told him to fuck off when he tried to turn himself in. He went home and turned himself in the next day.

This video is complete trash and propaganda (except for the sheriff who is based). The important takeaway is the people they’re calling as witnesses. Hannah Gittings was Skate or Die’s girlfriend prior to his death. She’s a fascinating character as she tried to grift off his death to raise money for her daughter (not huber’s) who her ex has sole custody over. She’s a multi-time convicted drunk driver and according to her ex a heroin addict (which is how she met Huber.) I want you to imagine being an old rural white person and seeing degenerates like this go up on the stand and explain BLM and why they were in Kenosha and how evil rittenhouse is for stopping their riot. Binger has been grasping at straws, but it turns out he’s the Wiley Coyote of prosecutors and ends up having all his plans backfire constantly.

Rittenhouse Judge Receives Large Amount of Hate Mail Including Threats

Numerous people threatened the Judge and there were only 3 or 4 letters in support of Judge Schroeder. Should a Judge in this country let mob rule influence his decisions? Some of these letters opposing Schroeder’s ruling are respectful, but the vast majority of them seem to be written by mentally unstable hyper-partisans. Here are some more of the more egregious messages.

He had some ties to Kenosha, despite living in a different state: His father lived in the city and Mr. Rittenhouse had worked as a lifeguard in Kenosha County.

He also kept a military-style semiautomatic rifle in Wisconsin
"Despite living in a different state"
He commuted 20 miles to work in the neighboring city. Different state was irrelevant.

At one point, Mr. Rittenhouse tripped and fell, then shot at two more people who were chasing him — Anthony Huber, who was killed, and Gaige Grosskreutz, who was shot in the arm but survived.
He fell and then he shot two people. That's a reasonable description of the events.

NYTimes being as shady as possible here. What a slimy cunt.

Rosenbaum, 36, was released the day of the shootings from a Milwaukee hospital where he had been treated for a suicide attempt. It’s not clear why he was on Kenosha’s streets the night of the protests, though he had a fiancée who lived in the city. His background includes a conviction for sexual conduct with a minor in Arizona in 2002.
'sexual conduction with a minor' = raping 8 year old boys.

He was hit in the head from behind, hit again, then he tripped.

Then this happened.

Then was the point where he shot two assholes.

And from the NYT's original breakdown of what happened, a bit that everyone seems to forget when whining about this "lone gunman":

Quite a lot to leave out of this recent article, NYT, you journalistic frauds.

He had no business being there.
I'm not sure cattle with the veneer of a wise, conflict-adverse old man have business with the written word, yet here we are.

As a parent, the last thing in the world I would want one of my kids to do is go out and LARP with a firearm. It ain't about politics or sympathizing with BLM. This kid has ruined his damn life, regardless of being a fundraiser for the weird, grifting part of the right.
It's this attitude, this aversion to risk, this unwillingness to put something before your well being, which has civilization collapsing into meaninglessness. It too could be considered a symptom as much as a cause, but it is something that needs to be overcome to fix anything.

It could also be the case that, regardless of your risk intolerance, you don't personally see the value in the risk he undertook, or the sentiments which drove him to undertake it, or the broader meaning it has developed. That is to say, you're arguing from a position of bad faith, even if you're capable of convincing yourself that your position is one that best promotes "better parenting" or some other stand in for "the greater good". You choose to not value things which challenge your contentedness.

Though, maybe you're just a late born boomer who's imbibed too much propaganda and has no fight left in him, so parades that around as a virtue.

I still laugh at how Skate or Die just ran up to him and got his ass shot like a fucking arcade game enemy.

That was a fight that went from beginning to end quite fast. Ow-BANG!-(gurgle)-thump was about the whole thing. One shot, And it's not exactly a huge cartridge. People are really pretty damn fragile.

This guy gets a 2nd chance to live and instead puts the entire public at risk, what a piece of shit. I’m curious if he’ll be able to handle the pressure of being in the same room as rittenhouse considering a 17 year old was able to drive him to do a 2nd DUI. Maybe rittenhouse will get a 2nd chance to finish the job if he’s acquitted and Grosskreutz joins the mob that may very well form to burn the town down again.

Here's a pro-tip for everyone! Don't grab the barrel of a gun and aim it directly at your own heart! That can be pretty dangerous!
