Firstly, you're trying to correct us while invoking the name of a false elohim ("God"). According to The Torah, you're unclean, and you cannot cast stones at anyone because you yourself are a sinner.

Secondly, you make a lot of claims in what you just said that have no foundation in The Torah. Sounds like you're advocating Christianity, which is a false religion and a disease.

For example, NOT all killing is forbidden in The Torah. For you to make a blanket statement that all killing is a sin, is just FALSE. It depends on WHO was killed, and WHY. The Torah even commands killing in some instances. So it's all about assessing the who, what where when how and why on that issue.

After reading Exhibit F, I still see one big issue. Failure to prove that Josh no longer has Section 230 Immunity. This seems to have been a point of tension and questioning within the case. I’m unclear on who proved that he wasn’t immune to Section 230, and if this was officially stated in court, or if it’s something you’re still trying to prove.

There are so many reasons on why you should leave the writing of emails to lawyers. There are so many bizarre and obscure laws that could have helped you that you didn’t think to include. Thinking for yourself is indeed admirable but in the same way you can only recite the songs you know the lyrics to, you can only sue based on what YOU know. Without a lawyer and their experience, you will inevitably be missing so much legal knowledge and may even be negatively effecting your case.

I would never trust myself with a legal case because I lack the experience. You can always advise a lawyer on what you think the crimes that have been committed are and they may even pick up on what you’re saying and address whether it’s a possibility or not.

Defamation cases require not only proof of the information posted being untrue, but also proof that the defamaktor knew it was untrue and posted it anyway.

- Section 230
Josh will never be liable for anything posted about you here unless he posted it himself. Section 230 protects site owners against being liable for stuff posted by people on their platforms. There are very few exceptions to Section 230.

- Harassment
Harassment cases are blown as soon as the person sueing is seen to be engaging with the person they’re trying to sue. By even talking on this site, you’ve fucked it. If you continue to engage with people you are claiming harassed you, you have zero case.

- Freedom of speech laws
America has freedom of speech. That’s it ☺

It all started with her stalker. Andrew has a thread of his own because he was stalking this lovely lady. People were thinking of reaching out to Melinda to warn her of this crazy fucker, but before they did Melinda turned around and tried to sue Null to take that off that goddamn internet. Melinda was/is acting as her own attorney because she’s a prestigious law school drop out who is poor enough that she doesn’t need to file legal fees and just shits out motions and suits like she did her children. Without any legit legal knowledge several of her suits were dropped without Null even knowing because unfortunately the courts don’t approve suits for hurt fee fees and many were for failure to state a claim. There’s lots of boring nitty gritty in between those thousand pages, but this is the gist. And she’s continued this until today. That’s how you lose 6 lawsuits.

The word חברים is really vocabulary 101. It's in a preschool song, for heaven's sake. You can't distinguish Hebrew from Yiddish, which is like someone who says she's fluent in Spanish but doesn't know she's looking at Portuguese (they're less similar than those two languages even). At best you can puzzle together what you're looking at with the help of a lexicon and a dictionary. That's totally fine. It's actually pretty good for someone who isn't from a Jewish background. Her name is Melinda. Yes, people have done background checks. I don't think she denies that she was born Melinda. Tamar Yael is the name she picked for herself, and I would assume she picked it for the Biblical characters not because they're popular names in Israel. And no Israeli has the last name "BatYah." Tamar isn't her legal name, she just uses that online because it's "Jewish". Melinda Leigh Scott is her legal name. It's in all of the court documents in this thread and the name of the thread itself. She probably can't legally change it, if she could she would have done so by now.
