they will punish you if you try to speak against jews or take pro nazi positions, but when it comes to more modern sensibilities (niggers, faggots etc) they generally don't give much of a fuck
As said, Serbia literally rehabilitated a Nazi collaborator, so even the Nazi part is somewhat debatable.

  • Disagree

While we're all donating to Dear Leader, let us take some time to imagine a best-case scenario:
  • Russell's appeal(s) gets denied.
  • Null is granted attorney's costs and Russ has to pay Based Skordas's fees yet again
  • Russell's lolsuit against AGT goes through, and their lawyers absolutely slaughter him in court
  • Rusty's political proposal goes on a ballot and is voted down resoundingly by the people of Nevada
  • Russell then decides to run for office, goes deep into debt to pay for his campaign, and then loses badly to the established political machines of Nevada.
  • Due to the reputational damage his political run caused, he cannot get a job that lets him pay back his debt.
  • Saggy-pants thugs are then sent to collect what he owes, while Jersh collects Melinda's assets and sells them for a profit in a merch run.
I'll take my rainbows now.

I know reality is a harsh mistress, but throw money at the Farms and keep a positive attitude! Rusty is simply flinging shit at the wall to see what sticks; any legitimate point he may have is drowned out by his need to complain about muh plights.

@Null This should be on the homepage sidebar with the caption,
Why the long face?

You have to consider a way to make a example out of him
Making an example out of him wouldn't help, if one autist tried suing Null and wound up as a literal pool of bloody limbs the next minute that wouldn't stop the 99 other autists from trying to sue Null, why? Because they are autists, they don't learn.

It's fucking pathetic that malignant little imps like Russ can abuse the court system like this.

Rusty's political proposal goes on a ballot and is voted down resoundingly by the people of Nevada
Or better: Someone else, preferably a woman, starts a campaign to decrim sex work. She makes a compelling case, the issue gets on the ballot, and passes by a wide margin. Russ seethes that he's been outdone.

And the issue becomes "how much is the site actually worth"? The operating expenses are between $1000 and $2000 a month, depending on what horrific configuration I've got running dealing with whatever problems. I consider my living expenses to be $2000/mo and I am trying to supplement my income by another $2000/mo so I can actually progress with my plans in life instead of treading water.

We currently have 12,500 users that sign in every day. $2000 is easy - if about 16% of users who sign in every day contribute on average $1 a month (i.e. they buy something that has a $12 margin once a year), then those expenses are paid for and the site can afford itself.

My month-to-month expenses are almost entirely paid for by crypto contributions.

The surplus comes from my podcast. That is something I put towards goals. That's a side hustle for me.

But now you factor in legal expenses. The appeals process + damages is going to cost at least $20,000 between the two litigants. Dealing with them has at least doubled, maybe tripled, the month-to-month operating expenses of the site. So my surplus savings is gone, my margins are being eaten into. There's no chance of recouping those losses because they are worthless people. I will still go after them for damages and I will have to pay a debt collector to wear a GoPro so I can start building a video wall of shame.

Either 1) this plan works, or 2) we have to make enough money to tank this operational overhead forever, which will grow as it proves to be an effective tactic.

Thankfully the pool of candidates who can afford to dedicate their lives to vexatious litigation is very small. People like Ralph and Vordrak can't do it because I can and will go after their assets, which they do have.

So as I said, the question becomes "is the site worth $6000/mo + $4000/mo for my salary? Can I really expect to make a dollar a month off every single daily user?" Probably not. If I tried to grift that hard people would just resent me. People hate me asking for money or running merch as it is.
If you're saying that people on this site hate you for asking money or running merch then A. they're retards and B. there's gonna be a different result if the message goes from "hey, pls donate here's merch!" to "hey, the site could be in danger of shutting down, pls donate and here's merch!" Nobody knows what the situation is-once they do, there's gonna be plenty of people realizing they can go without coffee for a few days.

For us non techies paranoids etc brave is crazy easy. it's one click, as said before null has as many ways as he can to get this going. Plus brave is a nice browser and works on phones.

In regards to a 3rd party, I'm unsure that's great idea as you'll be bonded often by your corp or youre a little guy and say you're a mom and pop CPA are you willing to lose your career over throwing null cash from internet randos?

Sadly the state we are in that's the case, and why it's harder (but ffs one click) to donate. This goes into a entire new ball game and argument when people can't stop free speech etc they go after the money and some hoe banks HAVE to give a unemployed nigger an 800k mortgage but can't let null have a checking account.

Shit sucks but in end of day, aside hopefully null getting his money back rusty suffers, and let's be real he won't learn so null coming out with least damage to pocket and new trauma lumps is best we can get.

I wonder if you could register the farms as a Libertarian Free Speech PAC?

Perhaps Rekieta could set up some "vexatious litigation defense fund" on gofundme.
Jesus christ no, every time that dipshit has actually pozloaded my negholep instead of just laughing from the sidelines, the side he supported got fucked in the ass. He spearheaded fundraising for Vic Mignogna and shit-talked for months hyping us all up for the inevitable victory and we all know how that turned out.

What I don't get about courts granting IFP so easily is this.. If you can afford to save up and spend $3000 on a hooker for a few hours, and you can afford to save up and spend $3000 for a band to do your audition, you are able to save up and and spend the $500 filing fee. These people need some skin in the game or there's no risk to themselves. Yet the courts overlook all this stuff? It's not like Russ has kids to claim as dependents like Melinda.
It's not so much that the courts "overlook" it. It's more that the courts don't know about it until they're told. It's not like Greer writes "lol I spend thousands each month on hookers & accompaniment musicians" on the "I'm poor please don't bill me" form he submits to the court. And it's yet another expense to the opposing side to even bring it up, much less prove to the the court that it's been lied to.

It's $5000 for a retainer and $200~$500 an hour for a lawyer to write a paper that just says "SECTION 230".
Family lawyers won't do that tho. They'll bleed you.
Just in case anyone doesn't believe this, Null is absolutely right. My divorce cost $5k just to get started. $12k in total. There weren't even any kids involved; it was just us. Every e-mail chain (even just involving the paralegal) was $10 a pop. Every filing -- responses, motions, demands, notices, etc. -- was at least $300. The initial filing was $2k on its own. State-mandated pre-trial mediation? $1,200 to the mediator (split between me and the fat cheating whore) and $1,200 for my attorney to attend. I escaped having to pay alimony, thank fuck, so it was worth it. But it was still fucking expensive. At least she had to blow $10k as well.

I’m five pages behind, but let me speak to the issue: donating to null. We love Kiwi Farms and where are we going to freely laugh at cows if it goes away? Be TRUE and HONEST and help.
Truth. Pony up, lads.

Not averse to crypto, but have only used Coinbase
The most important thing to learn about crypto is to avoid Coinbase like the fucking plague. They eagerly cooperate with governments, are slow, impose absurd restrictions and demand lots of dox. Their fees are unpleasant, too.

Like him or not, Rekieta did not ruin Mignogna. Getting #MeJewed ruined Mignogna, the Gofundme got him nearly $300,000 to sue these fucks.
I don't know, I think I'd prefer having that kind of funding over not having it....

He directly says he spent 3k on auditions in his suit though. I guess it's baseed purely on average monthly income no matter how much you can/have saved up.
