I can't speak for JP side but, EN side are all normal people. Even Pikamee who I would say is certainly anti-social still makes a habit of going outside.

JP has their own introverts like Pekora, Korone, Aqua and some more outgoing talents as well like Okayu, Nene and Botan. This is mostly due to JP culture!
