Is it possible to get records of his financial transactions through the recording studios, the venue he rented, payment of the band, payments made on Fiverr, every trip he made to the brothels, etc. to get him disqualified from filing for free?
I am aware that most entities here in the US only require your form 1040 and maybe three pay stubs, but he has openly spent a lot of his money on bullshit.

I bet those records would be open to subpoena., but like Null said, everytime Skordas files something, it costs Null money.

This might happen to some extent in post-judgement discovery assuming Null is willing to pay for it as part of the process to collect... but I'm not sure what makes someone able to file IFP. It's possible that Russ really IS devoid enough of assets at any point that he may qualify and they might not care where he has spent his money, only that he has none.

If he admits that the copyright issue was the only thing he could have won on why the fuck did he spend 90% of his goofy complaint and motions on all the other nonsense? Looks like bad faith to me.

Since I believe he never managed to successfully formed a takedown notice for the book (which I think wasn't even hosted on the site!) he's got zero chance of doing anything with that. A brief read-through of his various take that off the goddamn internet threads leads me to believe his song was the only thing he properly DMCAed (which Null refused on fair use grounds).

Not to say he won't try. If he's actually paying a lawyer that's just money he's throwing down the toilet before he attempts yet another pro se gagglefuck.
