However, you’re automatically at a predisposition to fail because whatever you know, Hardin will know more because he has the experience of working in real life cases.

The reality is it's a fake religion that has no historical following and that nobody accepts in Judaism or Christianity.

Legal cases are nothing to do with intelligence. It’s to do with your knowledge and experience. She could have a 200 IQ and it wouldn’t matter if she wasn’t clear on laws like Section 230, GDPR, human rights act, harassment guidelines and fair use

Bud, you're welcome to do your own research into it. It is very much a real religion, but it has about a thousand different names. I agree that the "Judaism" part is misleading but that's what a lot of people in that religion use.

I disagree wholeheartedly. Ive known Melinda for two years and I have watched her grow and mature into the wonderful, smart, and capable woman she is today. She should never hire a lawyer and she should always represent herself. She is capable. She can do it. Break that glass ceiling @TamarYaelBatYah

No, but she'd probably at least understand that she isn't actually clear on those concepts when everyone tells her she's wrong about them and by the fact that her interpretations have consistently failed to produce the results she wants for the last half-decade. But no, it's a massive trolling misinformation campaign by a corrupt judiciary, shifty money grubbing lawyers, and evil kiwis. If she could just iron out the few minor administrative niggles that have been holding her back and get the case in front of a true and honest judge everything would finally go her way, and no lies that Null, Hardin, Rackets, or anyone here try to tell her are going to dissuade her. Or she'll just keep throwing bullshit at the courts for free that Null has to pay to respond to until she wins by attrition.

Disagree. Intelligence, at least by the most basic definition is the ability to solve problems and to use existing knowledge in new situations. Therefore intelligence is very important, especially in a precedence-based legal system.

If she had a 200 (or even 100) IQ, she would have the capacity to understand that she has lost and will continue to lose. If she had two brain cells to rub together she would grasp that she is living in a fantasy world and doesn’t have a case.
