Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

@Malcolm Tucker Each of the misdemeanor carries UP TO 6 months in jail. Baked could be sentenced to serve each sentence consecutively or at the same time. Or the judge could sentence Baked to some community service & probation.

Probation will be the real killer for Baked. If we can find out who is probation officer is, Baked would have a rough time attempting to produce his normal entertainment AND complying this his terms of probation. Hell, he couldn't even stay in the state while he awaited trial like a good little boy.

Why would we want to find out who the PO is to stop him from making content? I think the other (and funniest) concern would be if he couldn't keep his shit together for like 90 days and winds up hitting a jailer.

Maybe someone who is more legal savvy can help answer this, but let's just assume the verdict stands and the criminal matter is finally behind Baked. Do we think the bouncer would have a civil case worth pursuing? Not just for physical damages from the mace itself, but also psychological for the torment of online redicule with the teasing and production of memes showing the incident in manner unfavorable to him? If I was an attorney, I'm thinking this could be a slam dunk.
There is a possibility of receiving damages for the macing itself, but as far as the online ridicule goes, I don't know. It would be really hard to pin anything that involves his viewership on him.

If Baked Alaska posted the bouncer's info on his website and/or explicitly encouraged harassment (e.g. Here is the bouncer's address, go shit in his mailbox), then a civil case has a chance of winning on those grounds. I haven't followed everything Baked has done, so I can't say if he actually has done this.

As far as I know, only the macing itself has any solid chances winning a civil case.

While I am extremely happy to see this piece of shit finally have to see jail time for being the textbook example of a public menace- even the maximum possible 13 months is going to be the gentlest slap on the wrist. IDK WTF is going on with his handlers they must somehow still think he's useful.

For perspective, there are people who get multiple year sentences in jail in the US under civil rights intimidation statues- which IMO is unconstitutional in the way it's weaponized by prosecutors to silence speech commonly seen as "edgy" but it's the closest thing to *de facto* hate speech laws on the books here in the states.
