I think Baked might actually believe the shit that comes out of his mouth. He might actually believe he did nothing wrong. In the circles he travels in, being "done dirty" by "the man" is also probably a mark of honor. Kinda like with rappers.

I don't think they'll hand him that harsh of a sentence though. If it's more than a few months, I'd be shocked. We'll be in this thread talking about some stupid shit he's done next year. Mark my words.

When it comes to the sentencing hearing, does the public have a chance to weigh in? It would be nice to have some of the people Baked has maced weigh in.

I am not really against Baked. But I also think that his behavior of fucking with people trying to provoke a confrontation needs to stop. Baked has fucked with a lot of innocent people who were either minding their own business or were just trying to do their job.

He is already getting misdemeanors. He might blow off a few days in jail. But give him a couple of months to think over his life choices might do both himself and the rest of the world a lot of good.

The comments from Baked's lawyer in this Politico article didn't age well.

Though, to be fair, most defense lawyers say things like this. They are as much PR shills as they are courtroom advocates.
