Sure. Add it to the list of deterrents of going to prison.

Of course, but being used as a fuck toy by Jamal for the duration of your sentence is a fate worse than a lot of other shit that people hear about going on in prison.

Who actually cares besides null? Every time this comes up he feels the need to grab his soapbox and remind everyone that he thinks mutts are gay and fantasize about being raped in prison, and as you just pointed out, that's not the reason why people bring it up at all.
Damn, at least the other BBC posters went about their day without much fuss. You have to sperg out in your defense about why your fetish "joke" is funny. You have been fucked by black dick moreso than any prison inmate.

Again, the amount of projection done by you fags speaks volumes.

Is there some kind of a correlation between time offered in a plea deal and time received if convicted at trial?
If so, I'd put my money on 4 weeks, on the basis he was offered only 2 days. I feel like more than a month is too far from the prosecution's offer.

Yes. The only limits on who can run for President are in the Constitution and no more restrictions can be added. Natural-born citizen, 35 years of age, resident for at least 14. Maybe the disqualification clause (impeached convicted and permanently disqualified from future office) applies to the President, maybe not. Nobody knows.

None have been convicted of anything disqualifying. Even Nixon could have run again, never having been impeached. Resignation doesn't disqualify from future office.
And can't be elected more than twice per the 22nd amendment, so Nixon couldn't have run again on that basis. I'm sure more restrictions like that can be added, but only as a constitutional amendment.

It's a uniquely American psychosis. You can tell a redneck gaybasher that someone's going to jail and his first response is to start writing gay interracial mpreg fanfic.
The media played a large role in prison rape being a joke among Americans. The trope of getting locked up with big bubba has been in kids cartoons and TV shows for decades. There is an episode of Fat Albert where a bad kid starts hanging out with them and gets them to do crimes. They get caught by a cop and get the the classic "scared straight" tour and they walk the kids through a prison while they inmates catcall them. One of them talks about how they smell so good and another wants "the big one" and it's incredibly obviously sexual.

I was watching older tv shoes recently. Like The Wire and True Detective. The characters (especially the blacks) joke about prison rape. The season 3 true detective, uh, detective, is extremely blunt with it.

That's just one example. There's one or two even more extreme examples in the show I cant find.

It's not a media conspiracy. It's that the idea of people who victimized others (e.g. criminals) having the tables turned on them and getting victimized in the most emasculating way possible is really fucking hilarious.
