From what intel I could gather from a variety of different sources (primarily from "Mr. E", a plate "associate"), he originally had plans to high-tail it and flee the country to go to Japan prior to the initial COVID outbreak. When the lockdowns happened- he more or less was stuck in NYC (which was driving him nuts), and his FBI handlers thought it was a good idea to use him to as sort of a dataminer and "cudgel", for lack of a better term, against people they suspected were involved with the January 6th Capitol Riot. This- bizarrely enough, made him re-establish ties with Ethan Fucking Ralph and Gadur of all people to collect doxes on suspected Capitol Hill rioters (which explains how "The Killstream" and Baked Alaska were so quick to "mesh" into the America First thing). Ethan Ralph, in this sense, turned into the new Hal Turner I guess you could say.
If you or Mr. E has any proof of these claims (especially the claims in regards to Ralph), I think a lot of people would appreciate it getting posted here, so long as it can be done safely. Ralph being Hal Turner 2.0 almost sounds too good to be true if it weren't so plausible.
I would be more than happy to provide concrete evidence- unfortunately I don't have it, all I have is hearsay from numerous people (each with their own fucked-up agendas) and observations from this thread and patterns of behavior I've noticed.

But to suggest that Ralph is somehow able to coordinate literal Fed Ops while being swamped with everything else in his life right now is beyond retarded.
I don't think anyone here believes Ralph is capable of coordinating anything interesting beyond a Pillstream. The allegation is more along the lines of Ralph is being used by feds to get information about people connected to January 6th, like Nick Fuentes maybe. With how many people Ralph talks to as part of his "job", I doubt CC-ing a few more people in a few more emails would add that much to his workload like you say it would. (Though I will withhold judgement on this allegation until more concrete stuff is posted).
