Phil is addressing the 'drama' and I just want to point this out because it highlights Phil's hypocrisy.
He's laughing because people are trolling OiC by using the "OnlyIced" name. This is 'what happens' when you bring it up.
Phil is not supporting these complaints because he says the issue is just impersonating people, or using their name to say something fucked up. People are allowed to use parts of names though, that's fine.
Please remember, this man had a meltdown over both 'snow' and 'karl' and banned people for using them.
Phil says he needs 'qualifying criteria' for modding, and this doesn't qualify, apparently.
He even references 'the snowkarls' and glosses over the fact that he banned people for doing that, and is now bringing up as an example of something that won't get modded.
