I only know one FTM that "passes" and it's only because she's nearly 6 ft and anorexic. Every other FTM I know is below 5'4 and has a mental breakdown every time a stranger thinks they're a butch woman (which is often). On a good day strangers just assume they're 12 year old boys, which they find preferable to being read as butch women. I don't even think it's dysphoria I think it's just intense self-hatred, all of these women also have eating disorders and self-harmed as teens. I could go on for days about the similarities between ROGD and eating disorders, no surprise that eating disorder communities are full of FTMs now.
But yeah, no way in hell anyone thought a botched bargain bin drag queen is actually a FTM.

So Nyk invited a black trannie fairy to his Halloween party, whereas we had a way cooler Halloween party here in the Thread with Noam Chomsky, Buffalo Bill, Myra Brekingridge, Abigail Cockbane, a French Revolutionary and his trusty guillotine, the creepy twin brothers from Dead Ringers and JK Rowling in blackface. Yup, our party was better and had better costumes.

He has truly made himself to look like something other - someone posted the Rodger from American Dad comparison a while back and I cannot unsee it. Its also the mannerisms - just wild. I watched a few bits from that livestream and it is painful - how can his patreons not see that this is a deeply unhappy individual? I feel Nyk was able to take a few jokes regarding his troondom but that seems to have changed as well - he is more self righteous and woke scolding then ever!

I missed out on the Kiwi Halloween party but I would have gone as every troons worst nightmare - the unconquerable long mid face.

That was depressing to watch. Reminds me a bit of the 1994 John Frusciante interview where he says he's a junkie and loves shooting up and doesn't care about whether or not that's self destructive. He almost ended up needing to get both arms amputated around that time.
How can anyone even watch Contra's streams and not come away from them feeling depressed? Whenever I see clips of his streams he's vaguely incoherent and looks to be at rock bottom. How can anyone support him on Patreon when the money will just be spent on drugs and alcohol? Do they not feel like they're just enabling his addiction at this point? He has no talent, no desire to get sober, and just makes shitty videos once a year. Wonder how they'll feel if/when he ODs.

I love you. Contra's face really does look like a foot, most recent instagram post has solidified that he has one of the longest midfaces on the plant. I've probably said this before but the decision to get surgery that ended up making his midface look even more elongated (shaving what little jaw he had) is bewildering.

I was reading some of the comments underneath Faraday Speaks' new Gender Reveal video where he said he's conservative again, and this comment might as well have been about Nyk's stans:

I disagree, both through my direct experience, my observation, and my experience being a content creator myself who ppl look up to for answers.
If you scroll through the comment sections on creators channels you will see many very heartfelt comments that sound like a letter one might write to a religious figure or a cult leader. This is not new of course. All celebrities and politicians are treated this way.
I would argue this is quite natural as I believe that cults are fundamental and important organizing pattern of humans. Its the same way we would look up to and venerate say a parent.
But unlike a parent or tribal leader these cults of personality have no care or consideration for these ppl, and in fact cannot care for them even if they wanted to.
This is why I believe true and virtuous leaders of the people are so rare in large societies.
People absolutely look to these people for answers and I do not think we have much of a way to regulate these creators to mitigate this. Even if you go to mundane hobby channels you will see people behaving in this way.
No easy solution that can be instituted but def something we should all be examining within ourselves.
