Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

So she's pretty much always been delusional, and sounds like he was too. No fucking way he was ever 4% body fat; I find it hard to believe he was even at 20% (where you can see faint definition).

No wonder she was so shocked at the results of her body fat test.

She also said in her recent video that her BMI results were upsetting (?? that's something you should be able to calculate anytime). So clearly even though she knows she needs to lose weight, she still can't believe it's as bad as it is. No wonder she's been taking it sooo slow. Well she really fucked that up, as she's now desperate to pick up the pace because she learned that fertility options aren't even open to her until she reaches a decent BMI :spudking:
He could have been told he has 4% body fat in one area - like an arm or a calf, and April just extrapolated it to his whole body.
That actually wouldn’t surprise me at all.

And yeah, there’s no way her husband ever was as ripped as a pro body builder.

the thing is though, she was told to get down to what? 35? That's still considered obese, just not as obese as she is now. Thing is with BMI from what I heard is if you are very short like she is, your BMI tends to be higher than what standard calculations tell you so in reality her BMI might be even greater than that.

When it comes to BMI the HAES crowd is right for the wrong reasons.
It is right shit at a lot of things, but we also live in an era where you can buy scales that estimate body composition from Amazon. Yes, there are plenty of exceptions to BMI (to such an extent that you can't even really call them edge cases) but that doesn't mean it's useless. BMI was developed for populations and it's still useful as a comparative measure.

Oh yes, I realize that, I know some really tall fatties will use that fact about BMI and very tall/very short people as an excuse to say "they aren't that fat" when they are far from a very borderline case. I mean, for example, if you look at Anna who is very tall for a woman, anyone with eyes can see she is fat and unhealthy so sorry, but most of these deathfats can't argue themselves out of that and all they are doing is digging themselves deeper into denial.

It's not differentiated for short people (and in the end, BMI is only a general measure); the only difference I know is that the BMI for Asians caps out at a lower threshold, where above 23 you're overweight (versus above 25 for non-Asians).

But this is where April's delusion will come into play. I guarantee she'll start to think she's gaining muscle, which is causing her weight loss to be so slow and her BMI to remain high. She'll tell us she's working "super hard" at staying on track with her eating and working out. Losing only 1 lb a week is no big deal because she's putting on muscle!!

(Despite the fact that none of her workouts are heavy enough to actually develop muscles, nor the fact that women typically can only put on about 1 lb of muscle a month.)

After years of complaining that clothing stores don't cater to every size in the world, Danielle posts a video about her reluctantly offering plus size clothes in her shop.

She says without any self awareness at all, that she didn't do it before because creating the clothing uses "too much fabric" and she never offered the clothes because she "doesn't want to waste" the fabric if no one buys her clothes. So all her plus size skirts or whatever will be custom made per order (rather than being made ahead of time and ready to ship).

From the ring thing and her old photos, I'd also wager her healthy form is "small". That is to say, I don't think she'd have a large chest or butt if she were not at her current weight, and therefore wouldn't be able to offset that either.
nor the fact that women typically can only put on about 1 lb of muscle a month.
Tis a cruel and unjust circumstance in which we find ourselves.

but who the fuck would measure the body fat percentage of individual limbs? i've never heard of this being done
Me too. Wouldn’t everyone had “4% fat” somewhere then? I guess my hand doesn’t have much by virtue of being, well, hand. Or head. I’d say feet, but soles probably are fat to cushion all the weight.
What I mean is, that’s kinda useless, isn’t it?

They did that when April and her hubby went to do their “super detailed body comp” tests that showed she had 55% body fat in her waist a couple of weeks ago.

And they do it at annual checkups for sportsmen here in France too. Never heard or seen of anyone doing calves or hands though, but I was just guessing as to where April’s “4% body fat” claim comes from.

I don’t think she flat out lies when she says all her dumb bs, so she must’ve heard the 4% somewhere.

This is 100% a thing. Greg Doucette (bodybuilder/powerlifter) has mentioned it on his Youtube channel. It's useful for understanding where your body fat tends to aggregate and whether or not you store fat in "healthy" areas (hips, thighs, ass, upper arms, anywhere but the stomach). Bodybuilders will use it as a way of gauging their lil secret fat deposits.

So what probably happened was that her husband was told that he has 4% body fat in one of the normal areas for fat distribution. Since she sounded happy about it, I'm guessing they found out that he has naturally low fat aggregation in the danger zone - the stomach. So his chub gathers other places. Big whoop.

Her husband has never been 4% in his life. Professional bodybuilders have to go through grueling hell for MONTHS before competitions to have a chance of hitting that. Besides, Pedostache Supreme is a cardio nut. If he attempted Tough Mudder at 4% he'd have a heart attack.

Like, yes. We get it. Everybody deserves respect no matter their disgusting BMI. That’s great. But what’s annoying about this rhetoric is that while they claim they don’t owe anybody shit (true!) they also refuse to acknowledge fat consequence. You can be a disgusting fat blob without getting the shit beat out of you. You can be a disgusting morbidly obese consumer without people punching you in the neck. But what you can’t do (and often times they do this) is demand people accommodate you. Sleep with you. Date you. Fuck you. And revolve their existence around you. I will never understand fatties screaming “I don’t owe you shit!!!” And then in the next breath scream “but you owe me to make me more comfortable and have sex with me and make the world easier to navigate!!!” Like no…. We don’t.

Lizzo was, among other things, the doll from the first episode of Squid Game and Grogu (baby Yoda) for Halloween.

Bitch lives in Canada. To a certain extent I'd argue she does owe you health since every time she gets a welfare payment or goes to the doctor it's being paid for by people's tax dollars.

I think someone else said this before, but Bekah's stretch marks may as well be scars from cutting or some other kind of self-harm. They're no different--hell, in many ways, they're worse.

Also, Bekah's body is not that of a typical healthy adult versus a "teenager's frame." It's an obese body that's been purposely fattened up allegedly due to a maladaptive reaction to a traumatic event. She is so fucking sick and hurting and is trying to normalize it for other people. FIND A REAL THERAPIST AND GO ONCE A WEEK, FFS.

Here's Bekah telling us once again stretch marks are totally ok.

Gorl you need to burn that bottom, omg...
That’s it.
Told you overhanging stomach would be her undoing.

Please, for the love of god, stop tormenting your adult body.
And just stop, in general.
Fucking hell Bekah. You wrote the same shit like two days ago.
Now with 20% more misery and deteriorating skin.
