The only legal effect that is any different is it can't be used against you in a civil case, with a few rare exceptions.

I don't like the guy either. He is a douchebag who is full of himself and has no regard for the comfort of the people around him. However, with that being said, I think the people wishing anal rape on him is a little disturbing. I'm not sure what we would get out of hearing about him getting raped. Jokes about rape can be edgy and funny, but actual rape isn't exactly a knee-slapping occasion.

A slight powerlevel, but all the prison rape stuff is clearly goofy as fuck after you've actually been in prison. I spent a little time in prison, and that only happens if you want it to happen. Tons of older folks in prison will take what bussy they can't get as they are a bit sexually frustrated, but it's very rarely rape. A lot of weak types will offer it up to get protection. Ever seen some movie or tv show where some of the prags will cross dress?
Now it's different with chomos/pedos, they are raped often. Baked didn't get a skin beef (rape), or pedo charge laid on himself, and I imagine he will be able to allow his fluid personality and beliefs to adjust to whatever they need to be.

That being said, it's still gonna be fun to imagine that he might get his butthole stretched by some mandingo.

As to all of the Eurofags complaining about the US jokes about prison rape, well on prior poster noted something directly on the target. US prisons don't focus on rehabilitation. There are some rehabilitation services available for those prisoners who really want it. But for the most part we expect those assholes to walk out of prison the same way they walked into prison with one big exception. We want them to know that if they fuck up again they will be sent to prison again as a punishment.

Prison in the US is used for two primary purposes. 1. To deter. 2. To warehouse people who can't be deterred so that they don't harm normal folk.

If anyone has any data on the differences in recidivism rates between US and European prions, I wouldn't mind a good read on the subject.

Recidivism rates appear to be all over the map in Europe not doing much better than the US. For the countries that are doing well, I only have one thing to say. Demographics are being changed drastically over the past decade. Expect cultural expectations to change with it.

US Recidivism rate:
1 year= 23%
2 year = 36%
3 year = 45%
4 year = 51%
5 year = 55%

Unfortunately they're often people who can't learn. They just come out even more dysfunctional. On top of that, they get so accustomed to institutional life that the outside isn't really welcoming to them so instead, they really just don't give a fuck if they go back, or even deliberately commit another crime for that reason.

Baked might be the type to get scared straight, not because he isn't a sociopathic piece of shit, but because this may be the first time he actually had to face consequences for his bullshit.
