Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I'm not sure how it would be received but at this point I feel like I wouldn't be surprised if the dems ran Obama for the 2024 presidential election.

What is a normie on your view?

My view of a normie would be some white average Joe and Jane out somewhere in Middle America, usually someone who lives in the suburbs, owns a home and takes some kind of civic interest in their communities.

I generally don't count social media whores, niggers, sheboons, white subhuman bug people soycucks and non white immigrants as normies. They are definitely would be considered traitors or kept in their place in any decently run nation that had some sense of self preservation.

Bob Beckel, old Democratic operative who worked for Virginia, said what goes on in Fairfax when it looked like the Republican could win in 2014 Senate election in VA.


Meanwhile, McAlliffe is cancelling events for today and shifting gears to fortification. He knows he isn't going to win the normal way, and he is preparing to count every vote through Marc Elias's lawfare.

Prepare for a shitshow tomorrow.

He won't because then he's a pariah and loses his cushy Hollywood party invites, hobnobbing with celebrities, and most politicians won't give him the time of day. Not to mention HBO firing him, since he only got his HBO gig out of sympathy for how the right canceled him in 2002. Also his hate for Trump comes from Trump suing him and that sort of thing is never forgotten or forgiven.

Remember, Maher's a failed actor/stand-up comedian who created the whole "Failed comic turned fake news pundit/caster" gimmick failures like Oliver, Colbert, and Stewart all rode to fame and better gigs. Going full red pill, isn't an option even if Maher decides to abandon his vendetta against Trump

I dont think Youngkin has much spine, but I think he sees the tide shifting in VA enough to not cuck and be a RINO. If that was mentality he would be doing a lot more to outright distance his association with Trump instead of adopting his current strategy of letting his opponents ramble like crazy idiots.

Its less then that. There are 300,000 TOTAL mail in ballots in Virginia (you have to apply ahead of time) that could be both R or D compared to the 1 mil in 2020. The Dems are suing cause they think that a few thousand are just sitting at USPS in a three districts that lean left. USPS has told them to shove it up their ass and that they are doing their jobs.

I'm less optimistic. Fairfax has been fortified already, and they have the means to generate mail-in ballots on demand.

The Democrats are this latter kind of toddler. "Vote Biden and stuff will go back to normal, but you have to vote Biden, re-electing Trump will prolong our tantrum FOREVER!"

The Democratic establishment had already been preparing and laying the groundwork for a full racially-based anti-vaccine movement and campaign if Trump had been re-elected, because the last thing they wanted was a successful rollout of the fastest vaccines ever made for Donald J Trump. It would have been catastrophe. People might have given him a third term, especially since at the point a certain percentage of the country got it, Trump's style would have been to reopen everything, stop testing centers and daily reporting, and declare victory. Honestly, I think most people would be happier with that (after a couple of months of hardcore covidians pouting and swearing they won't ever participate in society, then doing it within a year) than what we've got now.

No matter what the outcome of the election, the Democratic Party was going to have a barely-controlled mass of protesting rebels with a very flexible cause. What exactly was the advantage of this presidency supposed to be, if normalcy's not even on the table in most of the country?

TL: DR, do not encourage temper tantrums. You give them an inch, they'll take a mile. Put your foot down at the first sign of trouble lest you'll never get out of it clean.

This Virginia race is so close I'm now eyeing New Jersey.

GOP shouldn't win there. Dems have an incumbent, who isn't as awful as Terry Mac. But still. It's looking like we might see two GOP victories in Biden states
