So Binger is going to put the whole gun issue front and center, with Kyle's friend as the first witness. None of this is relevant to the case, though, it doesn't bear on the gun charges even tangentially. It's just an excuse to gin up anti-gun hysteria.
Given the popularity of Call of Duty and Battlefield as well as even more Hollywood movies like John Wick, I guess it's getting even more tiresome to drive up anti gun hysteria.

The defense should present pictures of Biden arming the Taliban with US tax dollars.

How does being a Christian mean you don't want to see justice served?
To be honest, I wish more Christians would ask that.

Just to add to this one post, youtube popped up some random stream of the trial for me. It was ABC Chicago or some shit. Cicked on it to read the comments, boy ain't nobody buying the prosecutor's bullshit.

Why are people saying the jury has been tainted? Did something happen yesterday that I missed?
Some "Pro-2A" boomer got himself excused from the jury because he was afraid he "couldn't decide impartially", publicly cucking Kyle out of an automatic "not guilty" vote.

Thankfully, some Karen who said she would vote "guilty" no matter what because she hated scary black rifles also got herself excused. There were also a lot of gun owners with varying degrees of experience who I think stayed, including one who bought a gun because of the riots.

You shouldn't want more violence (and I completely understand, I also like seeing the sparks fly), but you are under no obligation as a Christian to mourn the death of Rosenbaum or Huber. There are too many Christians who conflate being charitable towards the sinner with excusing and turning a blind eye to bad behavior.

On top of that, there have been literally millions of new gun owners made over the past 2 years, thanks to the Summer of Love.

yeah but a large section of those gun owners are libs afraid of conservatives.

as for mourning the death, yes, as christians we are to mourn the death of the unsaved. For the love of the cosmos, after all.

but thats going to be based on your traditions.

There is always time for redemption, but these men continued to walk the path of destruction until their end. The blame falls on them for forcing the night to become lethal, not on the boy they tried to victimize.

Agreed. I like how the prosecutor said that nobody else was killed that night, but PLENTY of people got jumped and got their asses kicked. They just weren’t armed to defend themselves.

Does anyone here think Kyle should go on the witness stand? It's a gamble. It could either save or doom his ass.

Edit: Did the DA just mention that Rosenbaum got out of a psych hospital? I wonder if that opens the door to the defense letting the jury know he was in there to treat his violent pedophilia.
It looks like the defense is trying to use the mention of the hospital and Huber's girlfriend as a pretext to bring in their prior criminal history. If they get it, I'll be so happy so see Binger's hubris fuck him at the start line.
