I think most of his statues had some sort of damage. Like he had a Guile statue with some broken comb thing or a TF2 medic statue where the glasses were broken and he "repaired" it with a paper clip.

Either he was playing with them or his hooves have zero dexterity when moving em around.
Must’ve been the hooves I don’t think I’ve ever seen his been delicate with anything.

Maybe there's a video out there of him showing which ones are for sale. There was another IG post around this time showing that he sold the ray gun. He was also posting statues at collectible shops and his loot boxes he purchased around this time, so he likely was gaining more dolls than selling honestly.

In 2017, DSP finally unboxed his art after sitting in boxes for 3 years to add the final touches to his Mature Adult House,

Oh my God. It hurts me to see that She- Hulk statue as a comic book fan. Marvel doesn't even produce that statue anymore. Not to mention since Phil doesn't take care of it depending on when this pic was taken its probably covered in dust and broken somewhere. That She hulk statue can go for 300 to 400 dollars if he actually took care of it and has the original packaging.

Just a fucking waste of money not because they are collectables but because more than anything he doesn't appreciate or take care of anything.

If you look at the pinned schedule post on Phil's Twitter right now, it says that after finishing Visage he may start Metroid Dread, or go back to another Halloween marathon game like Condemned. But the latest schedule post from last night says it will be either Visage or Condemned. Metroid teased and memory holed yet again. Now he can comfortably skate on Condemned for another few days, he just has to get to November 11th and the GTA Trilogy remasters will save the stream. Next question is what's he going to do when his replay of House of Ashes is over. I predict he runs to Alan Wake DLC.

I thought that or another one of Phil's figurines was over $2000 last I checked (albeit years ago)

Reminder that he also once tried to claim that his toys were always mint while everybody else broke theirs. More proof that he doesn't think before he speaks, ever.

Don't know about anyone else, but I for one LOVE that our jokes at his expense have destroyed his stream like this. He can't touch any game that would really bring in the views and troll tips solely because we would laugh at him, and so he's stuck spiraling further into obscurity until his last day on Earth. He'll never get another situation like last year when the vest streak was going strong and without any sacrifices on his part. That's worthy of celebration.

Hope you got enough booze, pigroach. You're going to need it.

When an individual debtor files for bankruptcy under chapter 7 or 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, the bankruptcy estate is treated as a new taxable entity, separate from the individual taxpayer. The bankruptcy estate in a chapter 7 case is represented by a trustee. The trustee is appointed to administer the estate and liquidate any nonexempt assets. In chapter 11 cases, the debtor often remains in control of the assets as a “debtor-in-possession” and acts as the bankruptcy trustee. However, the bankruptcy court, for cause, may appoint a trustee if such appointment is in the best interests of the creditors and the estate. During the chapter 7 or 11 bankruptcy, the debtor continues to file an individual tax return on Form 1040 or 1040-SR. The bankruptcy trustee files a Form 1041 for the bankruptcy estate. However, when a debtor in a chapter 11 bankruptcy case remains a debtor-in-possession, he or she must file both a Form 1040 or 1040-SR individual return and a Form 1041 estate return for the bankruptcy.

Chapter 7 gets the good treatment, he had no liquid assets, so he's indigent.

Income, deductions, and credits—Form 1040 or 1040-SR. In an individual chapter 7 or 11 bankruptcy case, don't include the income, deductions, and credits that belong to the bankruptcy estate on the debtor's individual income tax return (Form 1040 or 1040-SR). Also, don't include as income on the debtor's return the amount of any debt canceled by reason of the bankruptcy discharge. The bankruptcy estate must reduce certain losses, credits, and the basis in property (to the e

I found this on the IRS website as well.

Also noted on this, https://www.taxact.com/support/1010/2018/bankruptcy-individuals-in-chapters-7-or-11

It appears that anything left after the standard deduction and any credits, Phil would end up owing. So from my understanding, its not the full amount but the entity will have to file a tax return under 1041 and any taxable income from that will have to be paid under Phil's 1040

The circular i linked is revised as of feb 2021, i would trust that over any older sources.

I like how in the 5+ years living there it hasn't occurred for him with his frequent window shopping at his local IKEA, to display these things. They are very costly gamer statues that he never thought about propping up behind him. And apparently he told people he got rid of that Dr Doom painting awhile ago which I also do not believe.

Has he mentioned what happened to the boob painting? I bet some of his fans would appreciate that being displayed.

Because he doesn't want to be bothered in building the actual furniture when he gets home. This man has so few, if any, functional brain cells that video games for children legitimately are harder than Dark Souls for him, IKEA Instructions would probably make his head pop like a tick.

Always thinking up a scam.

I mean, if he just made a new Ebay account, didn't say a word about selling them, and didn't dump the entire lot on there, he'd probably fly under the radar. Given his general idiocy about pricing, though, he also probably wouldn't get any buyers.
Impossible. They're worth more just because he owned them. He has to state they're his. DEBUNKED! *limb*snake hiss*
