I'm going to be honest with you, because I'm so honest. I honestly believe that honest is the best way to be truthfully honest, in a world full of people that aren't honest. So moving forward we're going to be all honesty, at all times where we can be honest, unless there are times we can't be honest, then we will be less than honest, but only for those less honest times and not for the full honesty times. Okay? Sound good?End of stream status:

More UK retards giving Phil money for not getting a zero reply
"Guys I don't know why the stream slow again for this game, but I'm gonna be honest with you, because I'm just an honest person, okay? If you like this game, please support, or we can play something else, sounds good?"

Don't take anything that this guy says at face value. I don't know who he is, but his name isn't Kevin and this account it's not his, since he brute forced his way in.Kevin Burstein threatens to pull support as he was told Phil hates his fav game Monkey Ball, and Phil already angered him for not wearing Diddy Kong costume
What the fuck about the statement "if you like this game please support or we can play another game" needs one, much less two declarations of honesty as setup? This dude lies so much his liar autopilot is infecting sentences that could never include a lie to begin with."Guys I don't know why the stream slow again for this game, but I'm gonna be honest with you, because I'm just an honest person, okay? I love when Phil does that face and reaction
You'd think kevin burnstein would be more frugal, but I guess even the tribe has its outliers lol.Midstream update:

Kevin Burstein is whaling on multiple vtubers and explaining on his criteria of tipping, Phil is not meeting that criteria so he only gets pennies for superchats
Chat talking about cryptos
"Yes it was the same Joo Dan Tae that tipped me before, I'm aware he usually tips way more than that but I can't control how much he tips, if you are in the chat can you explain to them Joo? Thanks"

I'm guessing he's one of those guys that has to handle everything roughly, no matter what it is. Possible hypoesthesia? The thing is some of his statues are broken like the Medic from TF2 and Guile. One of the temples of the glasses on the Medic is broken, he used a paper clip and super glue to replace the broken temple so the value of that statue is dropped. His Guile statue is also broken, I think he broke the comb. There might be other broken statues he has but I can't remember which ones.
TL;DR Dave has broken statues because he plays with the statues.
That is a correct assumption. Nothing on there really screamed federal income taxes. The only pause I would have is his $300 payment on April 15th. That looks like an extension payment for his taxes but no idea if and when he paid the actual amount. He is technically allowed to pay his income taxes anytime from that 4-15 extension date (which got pushed back to 5-17) up until October 15th so we might not have the full documents for that. We also don't have any idea about what specifically the payments are for (idk if the bank would have provided that info) so its all kind of speculation at this point. But considering that the IRS interest rate is the fed short term rate + 3% (roughly), Phil could have racked up some serious back payments
If there is a payment due for extension of filing taxes (which might be needed depending on the estimated AGI amount) then he would use that as part of his payment for the taxes. An extension is an extension for filing your taxes, not for paying them. they are due in FULL the due date for that year. The extension is merely for the paper work. His taxes were due in full 5-17. He can not technically pay them up until 10-15.
Also, regarding the discussion of the estimated payments. They are due quarterly, not monthly. It appears dave is on multiple payment plans for multiple years. I dont see any payments in his transactions that appear as large quarterly payments so he is going to be on the hook for a huge lump sum (plus interest of that lump sum).
Also, when he was talking about the $1500 for the lawyer, he dropped some hints that he defaulted on his IRS payment plans and I think that is what he needed to pay the "lawyer" (read CPA) for. To redo the payment plans. I've never been on one of those plans so i am not 100% sure but i guess if you dont pay on time you go into default and maybe he was already paying them late but right before the default date. IDK. But if you watch the clip, there are hints all of the problems were related to his IRS payment plans (like how strict they are and wont take sob stories)
Any bets on what vacuum cleaner he'll pick up?

I know estimated payments are quarterly, but with the monthly payments, its hard to separate monthly payment plan (which he is def on) vs the quarterly estimated payments
Well, he’s always lying when he threatens a wage quit. If Phil wants to stop playing a game he’ll stop playing it, look at Mario Golf or Sister Location. The wagequit bluff is just a new guilt-trip tactic of his to insinuate that he needs more money without having to directly state why. What the fuck about the statement "if you like this game please support or we can play another game" needs one, much less two declarations of honesty as setup? I’m like 95% convinced Kevin’s just another [Retard] sock. You Know Who showed a weird fixation on Monkey Ball before Kevin even showed up.Don't take anything that this guy says at face value. I don't know who he is, but his name isn't Kevin and this account it's not his, since he brute forced his way in.
He's there to throw money at Phil, nothing else.
This is an interesting take on it. It does fit the "semantic truth" that Phil loves ("It's not a new cat, it's one I've had!") where he is paying fees for legal shit, but it's for fucking up with the IRS, not that bullshit "identity theft" story he was trying to push. If that is the case, that CPA's dumb as shit for not getting that money up front.Do you know anything about the IRS payment plans? Are you kicked out of the plan and default and required to pay in full if you miss a payment over so many days? We know dark always waits until the last minute so if the IRS says your payment is due Oct 1st, with a late fee Oct 15th, and you are kicked out of the payment plan and you owe the entire thing on Oct 25th, Dark would pay Oct 24th.
The reason I ask is becauase if his bank being locked made him miss the last chance to pay date, that could explain why the $1500 to pay the CPA to redo his payment plans.
Go back and watch that robbed for $1500 clip, there are a lot of hints its related to his IRS payment plan.

"new agreement"I think I know the specific semantics you're talking about
he tried to imply that every single payment coming from his bank account was cancelled after he closed and created a new bank account, and he kinda implied that he had to enter new agreements for every company associated with a payment
i'll admit, I have no idea, but since it came from dave, i'm very suspicious
