Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Yeah, seriously, what does it even matter? Nobody was remotely expecting the R’s to even have a chance in NJ, so worst comes to worst, you’re just going to get the result you already expected anyways.

And as has been repeated multiple times already, even if he loses, he wins. New Jersey should not be this close, the fact that we can even discuss the possibility of a R victory is already huge.

Whitepills all around, I say!
Even if Murphy wins by 3 points, it a gigantic loss. He won by FOURTEEN points in 2017.

kek. When Shapiro is on he's really on.

God,it's the second day of NNN and i'm about to lose, hnnngh
We're all gonna be cooming tonight.
Prediction - Taking the rest of the week off at Camp David or Delaware.
Predicting a (minor) stroke here, as soon as someone explains to him in very small, easy-to-understand words exactly what just happened.

Fairfax went from 88% in ten minutes ago to 79% in now. They are TRYING to fuck him, but the lead is just too big.

Edit: It looks like the vote totals didn't change though. That might be an ACTUAL error in percentages.
Are you sure you didn't have Fairfax City in mind there? Virginia is weird and nests its major cities in larger counties and gives them separate voting districts. Fairfax City is currently at 89%, whereas Fairfax County never even hit 88% when I was looking.

Look, I didn't even consider that NJ would be in play tonight, so regardless of the final result, the Dems must be feeling sick right now.
My attitude exactly. I'm wrapping up for the night, so I'm just gonna dump my prediction here - If he continues to hold that narrow lead and holds it to the 70% count, I'm calling it for him - No reason they couldn't fortify that margin, but I strongly suspect they wouldn't be prepared to do so if they needed to.

Don't get my hopes up like that, at Joe's age and medical history a "minor" stroke would push him over the edge and into the grave at this point.

Christie was an aberration both times. Corzine was ludicrously incompetent and Daggett was a credit third party challenger, and after Sandy Christie had a 60% approval rating.

Christie's election in 2009 was the recent, state-wide, competitive race that the Republican won. It's not about having those exact numbers but making them line up. If Ciatrilli runs behind Christie he has to make it up somewhere else.

So far he's doing that, but he can't fall more than twenty points behind without making that up in some way he hasn't...yet.

Maybe it's a PJ Media thing. It has Fairfax at 90% now, and the percentage is actually narrowing: 64.42% to 35.05%. There's been a 5 point swing in Youngkin's favor in the last hour (it was 67.7 to 32.0 an hour ago.)

Fairfax called it at 100%, Youngkin still winning we are safe i think
Aye, NPR has it at 100% too. About 10% as a jump, which should tell you how many stockpiled votes they had held out on.

If it hits 90% and isn't close, that's a loss for the cheating. They hold out the last 10% as pure Democrat votes.
