In general many of them look like horses: long faces, prominent teeth, and wide chins. That's when all the gay organizations went on a concerted effort to show how non-threatening and normal gays were, they still spent most of the 2000s losing every popular vote for gay marriage. The "first gay president" did nothing much for them and it took a "right-wing" Supreme Court to find for both marriage and anti-discrimination.
But the troon activists don't want just acceptance, they don't want negative or equal rights like the gays basically wanted. There aren't any of these left like "marriage rights" or "anti-discrimination laws" that the troons want because they already all exist for them.
