Troons don't like halloween. How do I know? they bitch about being scared all the time 24/7 the whole year. Halloween is very similar to christmas in the sense it's activities are generally family and community oriented but the cultural shift of society and melding of holidays has turned halloween/hallowseve from "that weird holiday where christians go around asking for bread or cookies from neighbors" to "SPOOK THE SHIT OUT OF SOME CHILDREN GO HOUSE TO HOUSE FOR CANDY KIDS MISTER BONES WILL INSTILL THE FEAR OF GOD IN YOUR BITCH ASS TODDLER MIND" personally I love both of them but the aggro christmas marketing shit where halloween and thanksgiving stuff gets barely any breathing room if any at all these days is fucking hell. Nothing fun happened this halloween or last halloween for me. Only kids that came to the door were ones that weirdly showed up in a teal ass sports car their parents were driving and dashed up to my house despite me being busy with some other stuff and the porch light being off. I know christmas won't be as dissapointing because unlike halloween the festivities are a bit more mellow and less requisite of a second party to get spooked or do the spooking.

It's really funny to me how like I learned in fucking middle school history class about how christmas, easter, and halloween were the way they were due to them actually being hybridized combos of christian and old pagan holiday traditions. These dumbasses don't know about the fact halloween is christian most of the time and back in pre-clown world days even though people of different religions knew about it's christian ties they celebrated it because halloween was fucking fun. When I was a kid I knew a few people who's families were jewish that celebrated christmas on top of Hanukah because it gave them another day of celebration with their family. For some of these people, it was because their family on one side hd christian ancestry but if I remmeber correctly there were also ones that were just full jewtown type jews. Lunarmagpie's comment about "try being jewish in the christmas season" is especially braindead. Christmas happens around the same time as Hanukah and Hanuka has fucking 8 days instead of just 1 with an overall similar vibe and togetherness/family focus to christmas.
