Do you know anything about the IRS payment plans? Are you kicked out of the plan and default and required to pay in full if you miss a payment over so many days? We know dark always waits until the last minute so if the IRS says your payment is due Oct 1st, with a late fee Oct 15th, and you are kicked out of the payment plan and you owe the entire thing on Oct 25th, Dark would pay Oct 24th.

The reason I ask is becauase if his bank being locked made him miss the last chance to pay date, that could explain why the $1500 to pay the CPA to redo his payment plans.

Go back and watch that robbed for $1500 clip, there are a lot of hints its related to his IRS payment plan.
Not sure if he would be kicked out of the plan. They might add on interest and extend the plan but at the end of the day, the IRS just want the money from Phil

Phil is too small a fish to prosecute or punish beyond interest rate hikes. He isn't exactly Capone. They'll just get in line like everyone else until the debt lawsuits begin. Then who knows. He isn't a Ponzi scheme, but I bet Uncle Sam will take first cut when this advances to it's next stage.

One lolcow sideshow I rather do enjoy is the death by a thousand cuts from all their credit card interest each month.

This dude has to be a troll.
But what IF THEY CAN'T?
so he just went on about how people in chat are telling him something about the game and this character in the game

he said something and then "i'm being told" and so i scrolled up and down in his chat and saw nothing whatsoever relating to what he had just said, at all

wtf???
That's SOP
Well at least you don't have to wonder if he is going to tweet out a pity tweet sometime tonight.

He admitted he will.

That vacuum cleaner must of been a fortune...
He's panicking because he realizes the dents got their checks and didn't sign them over to him.

Went to check some of the recent prestream thumbnails and dear God are they horrifying

As always, a slow day of tips followed by a huge stream announcement/update/change the next day, which turns out to be a nothingburger.
agreed.
It's a thing that sucks dust from the floor. A $50 one does the same shit a $500 one does. It affects his, or his wife's job in no way.

If you were a broke bitch like Fill claims to be, the $50 one would do the job just right.

Or, you know, use a broom...
We've seen the floor of the 'work space'. He doesn't use a vacuum to be able to break it.

Hilarious to hear this faggot say other streamers use fluorescent lighting to stop viewers from falling asleep because their streams are boring.

This boring dipshit falls asleep on his own streams.

Dude is incapable of doing anything positive for himself (as 'positive' as adding assorted junk behind him can be considered, but regardless) or building himself up without tearing down and shitting on somebody else. Just further shows the dichotomy of his incredible sense of narcissism at war with his crippling sense of insecurity. With a bit of 'being an asshole' thrown into the mix as well.

Why does he say chill so much? He’s not young anymore and he is constantly boiling with rage.

When he first went back to Twitch he was actually advertising 'chill streams' either as an incentive / reward for reaching some goal or as being something semi-regular on a particular night, I don't remember exactly. I think he maybe played Stardew Valley as one of them. Regardless, yeah, it used to be something that he promoted as outside of what his regular streams were and, at some point, it just became another generic descriptor for all his streams, from ones where he's melting down and mass LIMB-ing to ones where he naps during cutscenes. Everything is fucking 'chill' now.

So, guys, what do you think are the logistics behind a "slow day"?

I mean, do you think Phil suspects that it's going to be a slow day beforehand? Do you think the whales tell Phil "Sorry, Phil, I won't be able to swing by today", and so Phil has to depend entirely on actual crowdfunding and has to realize that if not for whales, he'd be fucked?

I say this because I'm always amazed at how Phil can have a slow day, and then on the next day tons of whales appear to save the day. What's the logic there?

I honestly think the whales play some sort of retarded game where they decide not to support one day only for them to come back with full force on the next day, thinking that they're owning anyone by doing that. Otherwise, if they had the money, why not pay up on the slow day? Fucking entitled mohrans withholding the money Phil deserves.

He really is a sneaky mofo
After his last tweet where he's gonna be talking about stuff he's going through lately 'that affects his streams'

You watch the cunt miraculously turn around the fact he's a fucking reetar for not having played Metroid, to...
He is going through extreme financial hardships behind the scenes at the moment caused by someone stealing his identity and he didn't want to say anything about not being able to afford Metroid. Because he HATES talking about money all the time.
He just wants to have fun playing games you guyz Now if you could also please buy them for him.

In Phil's case, the reason it's satisfying is that he has less money to waste on wrestling jpegs, because that's about the only thing that seems to hurt him when it comes to his idiotic spending. He doesn't flinch at the thought that he can't afford a vacation or a new car thanks to his addiction, he gets mad when his addiction isn't fed enough because of something he doesn't want to pay into to begin with.
at some point, it just became another generic descriptor for all his streams, from ones where he's melting down and mass LIMB-ing to ones where he naps during cutscenes.
There is a part of him that is soothed by "chill", you'll notice how much he emphasizes that he's trying to have a good time whenever something stupid he said or did comes back to bit him in his fat ass. It's him running away from a painful truth. Again.
I honestly think the whales play some sort of exceptional game where they decide not to support one day only for them to come back with full force on the next day, thinking that they're owning anyone by doing that. Otherwise, if they had the money, why not pay up on the slow day? Fucking entitled mohrans withholding the money Phil deserves.
They definitely like to see him squirm. Not to the same extent as we do, but it's there, and Phil hates it, which is why I can only get so disappointed by a lack of zero tip streams, because no matter what, the pigroach isn't truly getting what he wants. His only choices are streams where the tips are okay, or where they hold out on him and he has to bite back his anger and start up the pathetic meek act. No matter what, we always get to laugh at him, because he isn't based enough to just fully let loose on his paypigs the way he wants to. He has to look sad and desperate instead of rage-filled and entitled like he truly is.

It's his usual king of false advertisement. Who can be 'chill' when being constantly pressured/guilted into turning over their money for no good reason?

Why does he say chill so much? He’s not young anymore and he is constantly boiling with rage.
that and "variety" are things he picked up from twitch that people liked like 8 years ago when twitch was primarily just people who would play only one game, league cs etc, of course variety streamers meant they'd play different games instead of just 1 all the time (and not "a different game every day")

obviously chill means chill and he does it with interactive too, these were all things people wanted to see on twitch back in the day

I think he's missing out with Guardians of the Galaxy, it's a pretty good game. Sort of like Mass Effect where he could put it on easy and just play it as a story game where he would talk to other NPCs. Tell Rocket and Groot to AOE the enemies in every fight, and only waste time with boss fights. Strikes me as a real Phil game.
I’m actually glad he’s skipping it. I’ve recently finished it and it’s a genuinely good game, I wouldn’t stand him saying he’s a big fan and then completely butcher the lore thinking that the MCU is the only acceptable version of those characters.

While the game isn’t difficult by any stretch, it does ask for some spatial awareness and quick-thinking to adapt and use the best strategies to more easily take down specific enemies, I’d imagine Phil would just use his usual excuse:

There’s just so many special effects on the screen that it’s impossible to know what to do, dood!

If you slow it down to .25, you can see his body move when he presses X. He presses it WAY too late. His reaction time has really gone downhill.

I think a lot of whales realize they give DSP way too much money and hope someone else will chip in. When that doesn't happen and DSP has to send out his pity tweet, they return to whaling for him.

"I worked my ass off to get to that point"

HE PLAYED A FEW QUICK TIME EVENTS=WORKED HIS ASS OFF

That and "the game is telling me I didn't press it" are the fun little snippets into Phil's mind we only get during rage like that.
He's a god gamer held back by the conspiracy of the devs making a shitty product that outright refuses to work for phil
