Valid point. But they literally just asked if some dude in black camo was the person who opened fire before Rosenbaum was shot by Kyle. If anything that's a defense move, because Kyle probably taught Rosenbaum was the one who fired the shot since he was about to be right on him.

I'm not saying he has to object to everything. My problem is that he hasn't had objected to anything.

Yeah and if it comes off as just a bitter prosecution think of the big picture. Regular citizens now know that they won't have a fair day in court. Keep in mind what that means for the gun and gang communities. Publicly they're scared but privately those guys will make every arrest with the police a lethal one. If I am a big bad person of the system I would make it a media circus but hope Kyle rittenhouse gets off.

First things first if Kyle rittenhouse gets off the muh racism narrative will be doubled down and the blue pilled people will eat that shit up. Second far left groups will have more ammo to agitate.

Second - Kyle winning this case along with the recent wins in Virginia is giving an important pressure valve relief for the right wing. Remember it would be very beneficial to the establishment to throw the right wing a bone or two and make them think the system still does work after all.

Even a system that is politically charged and illegitimate as ours still knows that you need to keep up appearances for normies. The System as incompetent as it may be Kyle winning despite all the hassle would be a win-win for the system. Because they can encourage their opposition to get lazy and the can rile up their base. Remember even if he gets off the propaganda is designed to polarize him and thus agitate the left wing base. They don't care about the trial at the end of the day they just want to put a spin story on it for their politico audience.

Nobody disputes that those parts are relevant, but that there's tons of shit that doesn't seem to have anything to do with that issue. The body, putting him in the truck, it going to the hospital, what is the relevance of that?

it doesnt but if richard is smart on cross, its not going to help pross. there is no air of peace but chaos.

my big concern is that this will go to 5pm and cross will be tomorrow. the jury will only have the pross' side to think about for a fucking day.
