It's starting to feel like the defense is useless
Drop multiple hard r n-bombs then let the prosecution play the pedo dying numerous times
Unless they plan to play some massive 4d chess, I'm beginning to get blackpilled now. It really feels like the only guy on Kyle's side is the judge

Remember. The defense doesn't need to dig into every little moment like it's Ace Attorney. They will need to counter claims they make with this evidence, not the evidence itself (unless it' unneeded bs.)

Don't forget that the charges:

First-degree reckless homicide on Rosenbaum.

-Muddiest in terms of video evidence, but the retreat and prior gunshot helps his case.

First-degree intentional homicide on Huber

-who was literally on top on him grabbing for his gun. Likely the most unlikely to stick IMO.

First-degree recklessly endangering safety,

-will likely be dropped, unless Richard McGinnis and some other guy can show otherwise.

Attempted first-degree intentional homicide

-with no follow-up shot? As if.

Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18

-most likely to stick, but that's less than a year in prison or a max of 10k.

Don't forget that intent to kill, and disregard for human life must be qualifiers for the big hitters. The defense will have it's turn. Have faith.
Assuming he gets found not guilty on the other charges, the last one is likely to be sentenced as "time served," which is pretty standard when there are petty charges that one is found guilty of alongside serious charges. Personally though, I think they managed to at least get one person on the jury that's going to say guilty no matter what.

Sometimes it's better to remain quiet in a court case you don't want to play your hand too hard.

Agreed I swear half the people in here pushing blackpills still seem to forget that sometimes screaming objection at everything can backfire. Alot of the kiwi's here are being backseat lawyers but don't understand the basics of court.

They recruited most of those people from Kenosha county and being that Kenosha is a red city the odds favor Kyle more. Remember Trump did well in Kenosha vote wise. This isn't like Minneapolis where the jury pool is a major pozzed city. Plus remember these are state charges not federal court charges. People forget the importance of geography in cases.
if my experience of scandin women holds true, the women are going to see:
>a kid who was out trying to help
>being attacked by an adult for no reason
> killong that guy
>being chased and attacked by a mob
>killing those guys
>trying to surrender to the cops.

he wont get homicide charges.

they will nail him with the other stuff. because he was out past curfew, he was in illegal possession (or whatever).

again if my experience holds true and that they are indeed scandis.

Who is this/do they have a thread? Tried searching them and they're just all over the riot boards
Regg Inkagnedo is a black guy livestreamer who showed up in Minneapolis during the riots, his backstory is a bit vague but he appears to have done a stint in jail where he actually turned around his attitude, before that I believe he was some sort of gang member. This has given him a good skillset to follow the flow of activity and he gives off the impression of Mr Magoo just stumbling into sketchy or criminal activity over and over again. He is paranoid about being arrested so he is hyper vigilant about the cops and their placement and routinely manages to escape riot police smashing rioters up. Not to mention he is quite amusing and he quickly figured out Antifa and their tricks.

Regg Inkognito (new channel name Regg Life) is/was a mildly re.tarded livestreamer who last year somehow managed to always be in the right place at the right time to catch some truly hilarious, shocking, and amazing footage of the worst riots of the summer. His idiotic, "white-trash teenager" commentary paired perfectly with his unmoderated chat as the antithesis of woke.tv - a based and funny view of what was really going on in the streets. If your search turned up some of his streams in the riots thread, I'd recommend checking them out when you have the time as they are an absolute trip.

Can't quote in an edit but @attractive_pneumonia I really thought Regg was white for some reason. And yes, his ability to skedaddle away just as the cops showed up was one of the best parts of his streams.

I think he gets off on the weapons charge due to technicality and we will see Wisconsin change the law after this case. Yeah the jury of mom's are going to see a scared little boy trying to be a leader in his community having to fight bad people.

Not to mention the jury seems like it's pretty evenly matched the blue pilled Karen and red pulled bubba sorted themselves out during jury selection. The court is going to make sure this case isn't a media circus that effects the outcome.
