I can open my mouth wide to such a degree that people find it shocking when I eat half a burger in one bite especially considering I'm a pretty small guy, but I still don't make that face, I only really make use of that fact when I'm eating. I find that trying to make that face makes me feel disgust, because it feels very ingenuine, I can't think of a situation in which I would ever naturally make that expression.
