I don't believe any of this happened, but if it is true:

1) If my supervisor told me to write an essay on how I'll be better, I'd tell them to go fuck themselves and not bitch to twitter trannies about it.

2) This would confirm what was expected by his whining about having customers on July 4th: he's a lazy do-nothing who can't be asked to do the job he's paid for.

I don't know, that doesn't necessarily sound toxic. Pressure is a normal part of most jobs. By being put under pressure, you're being conditioned and trained to be able to handle most stressful situations.

Reminds me of the phrase:

"If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late."

Just sounds like he's being a whiny and entitled bitch again.

The essay part sounds a bit weird, but I'd take that with a grain of salt.

Yeah, that makes sense. People in the work place tend to go easy on people who clearly have special needs so long as they're doing SOMETHING. Plus, by doing something like that, you're helping someone improve without necessarily penalizing them which removes stress for both them and yourself.

Of course, we all have our limits, and is someone is clearly showing no desire to be better, autistic or not, then you gotta cut your losses eventually.

Reading through his twitter, hes still definetly working at atandt, its just now he seems to be a door to door salesman that has to drive to each customer and try to persuade them to upgrade their internet or some shit. It almost sounds like those assholes that come to your house and try to sell you solar panels. I know kids that did that, they give you a high initial bonus for signing up, but then a really low salary and its all commission based. So now im sure chibis dealing with the realization that this isnt actually a guaranteed 60k+ year job, and its based solely on his abilty to sell and personality, which i think is pretty well documented here at this point. All of these people online who call themselves mental health advocates are just people who are obnoxious and constantly use (often self-diagnosed) disorders as an excuse for their dumb/bad behavior. They act like by doing that they're doing something to erase the stigma, but they really just stigmatize it further.
