and with how well Mcginnis did, I definitely have hope.
I think it bears mentioning that, technically, McGinnis did terribly. He was a witness for the prosecution to help them make their case against Kyle. Not only did he shut down the narrative that Kyle was putting him in danger, he also punched holes in the story that Kyle murdered Pedobaum.

The prosecutors own witness have, so far, characterized Kyle as - at worst - a good natured dipshit. This isn't a great start for the prosecutor, who appears to be going for the strategy of trying to show that Kyle was agitating people and caused his own problem.

I think the Richards hate is over blown so far.
Yeah that last witness painted a picture of a little boy in way over his head, surrounded by violent shitbags who even attacked him while he was trying to get Rosenbaum to a hospital.

This new guy is testifying the protestors were armed fairly well and showed up in vans.
Edit: Blackwater? What? That's improbable. For one, they're defunct... really just changed the name, but still.

I actually wonder why the prosecution called him at all. He's a Daily Caller reporter and appeared on Tucker, he was very unlikely to go along with the prosecution's narrative at all.

tfw u realize you're going to need to roll for initiative

>Prosecution: *smugly* at any point did you see them try to lit the carpark on fire?
>Witness: they tried to burn the church
>Prosecution: *instant regret and shifting topic*

That might get you bonus sympathy points in godforsaken Seattle but you don't fuck with churches in Wisconsin

He was an eyewitness to Rosy getting smoked, and technically a complaining witness in the endangerment charge. Binger is just throwing shit at a wall.

Edit: so, now he's trying to paint Kyle as a liar.

Because not calling the person whose experience in the basis of what you wrote in your complaint to speak about it would be odd. And an easy attack point.

It would have been better for them not to though with how well it went.

"The protestors would have seen that [Kyle's innocence] as a weakness and tried to exploit that"
"He had as much of a right to be there as anyone else."
there's a pross twist coming with this army witness right?

because im not hearing anything particularly damning against kyle.
He's apparently trying to claim Kyle lied about his age or being an EMT. It's a flimsy line of attack, but is meant to attack Kyle's character.
