They think pushing this back to Jan 4 is going to prevent things getting ugly over the holidays, but anyone set to lose their job is going to burn through any vacation/personal time they have before this hits and they’re fired. That means a LOT of folks are going to walk in mid-Dec. if these fucks had ever worked a day in their lives, theyd know this already.
It might end up like it did in the Big 3 plant I worked in. Including non-union places:

* Abuse FMLA like it's your fat pig girlfriend

* Come in late
* Leave early
* Got a mobile job? Time ta shop! Time ta grab fass fud!
* Work slowdown
* "Malfunctioning" employee behaves like Sleepy Joe. Looks at supervisor with 1,000 yard gaze. Continues to "malfunction."
* Help yerself to FREE!!!! product/tools/air tools/office supplies
* "Forget" how to do key aspects of your job.
* Train your replacement completely, unabashedly wrong
Think up some more. These were things I personally saw, both in manufacturing and my local public school district. Send a message. Like Hallmark, show that you care enough to send the very best by...no longer caring.
Employers already see you as the ENEMY. Especially if they are corporate or public school. They hire you only because they had to because they can't just replace us all (they wish) with illegals and robots.
Are you going for an interview? I'll give you some advice from the job seeking/placement industry: If ever you are asked about vaccines or they tell you it's required, say this:
NO.
ENN OH. NO.
Nothing more. Nothing less. ENN OH. No means NO. The employer does NOT NEED a soliloquy or your principled speech on why this is bullshit. Just give them ENN OH.
They know why anyway. Send a clear message. Make it HURT. Make these employers put pressure on the government FOR YOU. They have the means and the sway. Your means and sway lies with the letters ENN and OH, the two most powerful letters in your lexicon while this plays out.
If you think about it, remember: Get a full name, first and last, position held, date, time of interview (or time you were dragged into HR). SAVE EVERYTHING. DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT.
You may have a slam dunker for unemployment hearings or court for wrongful termination and/or discrimination due to religious or HIPAA
