Add in that at least one is disabled enough to get a federal and she is definitely on their radar.

One thing we don't know is how long she has been on their radar. We have her self-report of having a go at some shelter worker, but we don't know that that is the first. She is associated somehow with Twelve Tribes, which has had abuse and neglect allegations raised against it. We don't know the extent of her involvement with that group--perhaps Ramon just noped out on her to them or she lived in their commune for a while.
