That's the first time I've witnessed an objection. Finally got in to catch the tail end of the day.

I kind feel like the judge is going to cut it off pretty soon. It's becoming more and more obvious that he's not really looking to get anything out of the witness, he's just shooting into the air and hoping he hits something.
The way this is going, anything he fires into the air is just going to fall on his head like a blob of bird shit.

Objection SUSTAINED
I think Richards is finally objecting just to fuck with Binger and his dumpster fire of a witness.

The prosecution is being so retarded I almost want to believe this is a show trial, but a show trial in the other way to convince retarded leftists the system will go after 'white supremacists' while not intending to convict Kyle at all and simply finding the slimiest DA they could to try and put up a show aaaaannnd that's enough Q-grade copium for now.

And I'm baffled.

McGinnis, I can see, since he's there for the reckless endangerment charge, stupid as it is. Why would they bring in the guy who was buddy-systeming with Kyle to help protect the city? He is bringing literally nothing to the state's case.
I think the fat guy conned the prosecution because he said some questionable things on the court tv documentary and New York Times documentary. Maybe being in court with Kyle has him sympathetic or…..
