This chick from the Tess thread definately belongs here. She is chimping out because this brands gimmick is oversized sweaters for skinny people. Somehow this is a major slap in the face to fat people.

I will never understand this. It's like short bitches getting mad that there are clothes made for tall women. Or tall bitches raging about clothes being made specifically for petite women. It's such a useless expenditure of energy to rage against.

New April video. She hurt her leg and hasn't lost any weight, well she "lost" .3 LBS. She says she "ate bad" all weekend and admits she can't resist candy when it's around the house. Her husband was teasing her about it and was pulling the candy out, what a nice guy, wonder if he even wants kids with her. She says they have three -- yes three -- gallon bags of candy in the house currently. Currently she's at 51 likes to 8 dislikes, that's bad ratio for her usual ass patters, maybe some of them are getting sick of not seeing any weightloss. She's been around 285 for a couple months now although she never shows a real scale shot so who fucking knows, her face does look a bit slimmer than it did when she claimed she was 320.

So she came out of anesthesia vomiting, and the medical staff were speculating that she must have eaten (because if you haven't eaten, no vomit is going to come out, other than some nasty gastric juices), and despite that she insists that no, she didn't eat, and it's just fatphobia that even made them think she did.

Honey, vomiting doesn't work that way. If you had enough stomach contents to hurl them up, you ate.

And of course it's their fault that they couldn't successfully find a vein underneath all the fat on her forearms.

NGL; kidney stones are horrible. Haven't had one myself, but watched a family member deal with them, and he was a big, tough guy sobbing in fucking agony.

He had the shock wave therapy to break up the stone, but still had to piss out the fragments. This cow may be too fat for the shock waves to properly penetrate to the kidney, so she'll probably require a more invasive method, but she'll still find a way to blame medicalized fatphobia for not being able to break the laws of physics.

This sounds like a joke, but given how self-deluded many of these people are, I mention it as a sincere possibility: it's possible she told the truth when she said she didn't "eat" anything. She drank lots of milkshakes and smoothies and other things, but in her mind they don't count. Like the deathfats who swear they only eat 500 calories a day, and ignore their 1,000-calorie Starbucks frappes and two-liter sodas.

That was my thought, too. Given the mental gymnastics they undertake on a daily basis: "oh those small fries weren't eating eating, it was just a snack!!"/"smoothies aren't food!"/"soup doesn't count" etc, it wouldn't surprise me. She probably thinks as long as she didn't sit down for a multi-course meal it didn't count as "eating".

Reading the Ash business and wow, the situation sounds scary as fuck but even without following her saga as much as I follow Bekah's or followed Amberlynn's? If someone thinks milkshakes aren't eating they're kidding themselves, it's chunks of ice cream blended in there with loads of sugar. If this hadn't been an emergency situation the doctors would've put her on a strict liquid diet beforehand and told her exactly what NOT to consume.

I had surgery this past summer and the only "food" I was allowed the day before was plain ice pops. If you're not shitting pure liquid by the end of the day you did it wrong.

My thought was that maybe she does a lot of eating automatically, without even being aware of it—a piece of something here, a handful of something else there, little impulsive nibbles of whatever easily-edible food she has around. She gives absolutely no thought to these little bits of food, or how they add up, because they don't require any preparation or effort on her part.

A friend used to have a deathfat roommate who kept a big divided bowl of candy and nuts on the coffee table, and would blame the other roommates for eating it all—but she was the one cleaning out that stupid bowl. She just ate the contents so automatically and mindlessly while watching TV that it never registered in her mind that she'd eaten much of anything. She'd put away over a thousand calories in an evening, a couple of M&Ms or almonds or honey-roasted peanuts at a time, without even realizing it.

But yeah, drinking liquid food and considering it to be nothing more than a beverage makes sense, too.

As someone that loves oversized sweaters, the difference is the ones for the fatties are usually short, and wide. While true oversized sweaters are longer.
I feel for the McButterchubbs, and the fatties with the thunder thighs, but FFS it’s not a constant war.
VS has announced plus-size and gender neutral, I hate the body “positive” crowd so much, the Cripples should stand their ground and take the “body positive” movement back, the fatties dun hijacked it!!!

An acquaintance of mine is a gastroenterologist and does a lot of colonoscopies. Last time I met him he was ranting about how annoying it is that many of his patients are fat and it's seemingly impossible to keep them away from food for 24h just to properly diagnose them. Instead they come in claiming that they haven't eaten, you start the colonoscopy, notice that they have in fact eaten, end it abruptly and have to reschedule them for another colonoscopy for which they may again eat etc. He said it's a massive waste of medical resources and it can take up to five attempts to get these people through the procedure. Many of his fat patients even give up, so they never get diagnosed, simply because they can't stay away from food for 24h.
