First off, I wanna say that we know Shadow's real name is Candice Davis and we have a picture from her Instagram (archived) that has both Chino and her on it.
Chino's real name is Saturn Kim, which is confirmed by matching his neck tattoos, the date of the arrest, and the bond company he made bail with. He was arrested late September for a DUI and possession of a controlled substance (prescription meds).
Shadow claims that the hotel they were staying at targeted Chino for both being Korean and homeless, but the dude has a record that goes back almost a decade for the exact same shit.
While I haven't found any records for Shadow in Texas, it is confirmed that Chino is at the very least an alcoholic and either a drug addict or a dealer.
I honestly have a lot of Shadow stuff (this actually almost became a Shadow thread), but that is a quick primer on Chino and her.

Jasmine loves to be rewarded for carrying out day-to-day activities like washing their clothes or dishes that the rest of us do after a long day at work, actually earning money without second thoughts.
Random usual just asking for money, for no reason at all.
Always seems to have a headache, usually it's fixed by buying expensive home delivered food like Sushi from Menulog (An Australian DoorDash type service)
More money (In USD, no less) for absolutely nothing.
Old Jas here always complains about having no food, but unusually nothing to drink either. (Obviously hasn't worked out you can turn on a tap and drink the perfectly fine water.)
Someone must have paid Jasmine to finally do the dishes
More whining about Menulog... (Jasmine, your USD would go further if you actually spent it on some groceries and didn't rely on a delivery service.)
This will be a big one, once she get's the ball rolling

ETA: This guy is getting $629.50 per fortnight as tardbux as a single person. Just to humour myself, I just worked out like what I could probably afford to live on if I was truly starving. I ran the prices through my local supermarket to see what I could come up with. Not shit I would ever eat usually, some is probably unnecessary and they were the cheapest brands available, but it's do-able, even if you're grifting for it.
You can easily afford to feed yourself, breakfasts, lunches and dinners for at least a week with less than $50 per week AUD. (Sure, it would get boring and probably is not the best nutrition wise, but far more assured to get a meal and something to eat and drink than relying on takeaway food grifting!)
