This seems to be what set Ralph off making threats against Riley. Riley seems to think that the prosecution didn't have a good case and that her stalker plead guilty because he got a good plea deal.
Guess we'll have to wait and see, sounds like the time Ralph beat the revenge porn charges at this point.

We don’t particularly know just why Jim refused to acknowledge the masses’ demands, but I sincerely doubt he’s “friends” with Guntenus Maximus. If anything, null saying Jim is internet fwends with Gunt is simply a way to mock the faggot for guarding his pale sallow ass.

So just reading up on this, Nitroglycerin is a common treatment for Angina. A chest pain that is caused by reduced blood flow to the chest muscles. It's not a heart attack, and is rarely life threatening, but it warning sign you are at risk of a stroke or a heart attack. Basically, Ralph's circulatory system is clogged.
Angina is a condition that usually effects men who are unhealthy, and over the age of 45. Ralph is 35. Looking at a list of issues that can cause or exacerbate it, Ralph ticks off almost all of them.
This dough ball isn't making it to 50.
