I'm used to exceptional takes by the Gunt, but this takes the cake.

What relevance does playing sport as a child have for his long-term adult obesity? And where did I'm not a fucking nerd come from, this wasn't referenced in the original comment at all? Did he have a sudden flashback to ninth grade when the football team press-ganged him into being their meat-shield?

I'm used to the denial about his relationships and addictions, which are by far the most absurd parts of his character. But come on dude, you're fat as fuck and have been for a long time. Being able to flee the house from Pantsu at a light jog doesn't make you agile, and even if this latest health scare is unrelated to your diet, you eat like shit and are bound to experience complications soon.

Lol, piggy had a legit panic attack at the airport due to having to return home to Pantsu and his miserable existence.

Very strange he’s raving about nitroglycerin, that stuff causes intense headaches.

Ralph won’t be paying these latest medical bills either. Just a bunch of chumps saving his fat ass from a heart attack. I bet they suggested he go get a stress test but that will never happen, he can only abuse ER services. Preventative medical care and testing requires insurance or cash up front.

Anyway chalk up another collections account to Piggy’s awful credit.

Holy shit. Yeah, he's fast approaching an actual heart attack. No doubt this is compounded by his stress of the impending trip back to jail.
But remember, 11 months won't break him! It's the lead up to the 11 months that will break him.

lmfao, this guy is the guy who wanted to host a Killstream.tv Boxing event with me and him as the main card for his show? He's going to literally have a heart attack before I even get to see him in any Ring event. This is by far the funniest thing to happen to him in a long time. Get well soon fat boy, if anything is going to kill you it's going to be me in a 8 round fight in your front lawn.

Generally in the first instance, they will treat all chest pain as if it’s cardiac related, unless you’re certain it’s not. Given his lifestyle risk factors and the fact that the nitrates relieved it for him, I’d say it probably was angina related. He won’t know for sure unless there were ECG/EKG changes and enzyme markers in his blood work.

Somehow I don’t think the gunt had just a panic attack though. My moneys on heart.

Ralph claimed a year ago he went for a 10k run or some shit.

I remember reading it and thinking surely not, I weigh roughly the same now as I did 4 years ago - incidentally a lot less than Ralph does - but at the time a lot of that was fat. Running a fucking mile was hard enough to start with, never mind 6!

I couldn't decide whether it was an outright fabrication, or if Ralph went for a walk. Who the fuck is he fooling? He recently described mowing the lawn as a work out - that sounds like someone's retired 70 year old grandparent.

Usually with the kinds of chronic medical conditions fat people get you don't notice them until your body is already severely affected. This heart episode is maybe the first time you've noticed it, but your arteries have probably been fucked up and clogged with grease for a while now.

You may not have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, but you will be in the near future because you think dieting is eating 18oz steaks and drinking 5000 calorie milkshakes. I'm almost 100% sure you have sleep apnea, and your liver/pancreas/kidneys are all probably in rough shape. You're 36 and have the health issues of a 60 year old. You aren't gonna live to see the end of this decade.

Oh, he’s like the poster boy for a heart attack before 40. It’s not just being morbidly obese and in awful physical health but that plus his constant anger and rage. A heart attack is inevitable.

Its common for men in great physical shape to have heart attacks due to high stress and anger levels. I mean the giant gunt alone is a blaring alarm siren for a heart attack. Men carrying large amounts of fat in their midsection are at vastly increased risk for heart attacks. Gunt has that on top of constant simmering rage and lots of stress due to his anger making him do incredibly stupid shit.

They must have done a blood test for troponin to make sure he hadn’t had a heart attack (yet) before releasing him.

I think it was his heart but brought on by stress/panic due to getting ready to board a flight back to his miserable existence and crazy pregnant shoe licking slut.
