Whammen respecters like him are usually woman beaters, rapists, sex offenders and other creeps. Not sure which category he falls into, but he definitely falls into one of the categories of creeps with extremely sketchy histories. You don't start CPR when someone is "clinically dead." This right here tells me he is lying. If someone is clinically dead you stop and pronounce them dead. CPR is supposed to manually pump blood through the body to keep the brain alive, you typically do this until paramedics arrive and use machines to do the same thing. The reason you need training is because this process very often breaks their ribcage if you are doing it right, due to the pressure required to manipulate their lungs like that.
The "undiagnosed hole in heart" one sounds fake for one main reason: the diagnosis takes forever to find out. A hole in your heart often causes strokes, you need to do a few tests to find it, a main one being an echocardiogram. This requires a specialist and an appointment and sometimes multiple tests to confirm depending on the areas they look into.
So what I am saying is the only way they would diagnose it after she died was an autopsy or something, weeks later, and I have a hard time believing they'd tell the fat idiot lifeguard later.

If you're good looking you can approach women literally anywhere. It's just easier in places where it is socially accepted to be drunk. Women will typically find it thrilling if you engage this way in unconventional places - this is what every single one of their romance books and movies and songs are about - the only reason he thinks it's exclusive to clubs/bars is they are already dialed into being lonely and horny. And even still to them it's "getting lucky." That's also why he says shit like he has "access" to his wife's vagina. He has no real agency in getting laid.
Guys like him who think they are educating men on all these rules usually means they can get no pussy even on the most emotionally nerfed females.

Dogmatic rules like this complete with lists of acceptable behaviors are training wheels for screeching autists who can't cope with other people, intended to corral them away from behavior that could get them in trouble, because like Pat, they don't realize when they're being completely creepy and would end up on the sex offender registry.
