Agreed, the fact that she cannot pass it herself or get the shockwave treatment is because she is so obese. Plus they probably cannot even find the stone to evaluate it with a normal echo. Kidney stones cause a terrible pain (I've been there) but are not usually cause for surgery, or life-threatening, if you're a somewhat human size.

It's so, so sad because if Loey and Alex had gotten it together in 2015 and dropped 75 pounds or whatever, they could've been healthy, happy, and reasonably in shape these days. That was a turning point for both of them.

The worst part is that Alex really gained her Youtube audience by being a "cute" fat girl; she was aspirational because she looked like she could be legitimately pretty if she just lost 50 pounds.
