The thing you have to understand is Phil doesn't view that as the most embarrassing moment of his life it's the proudest moment of his career. It's the only moment he broke out of his bubble and reached a larger audience. That one brief moment "everyone" was talking about Darksydephil. He clearly holds no shame over it because it is the only self depricating joke at his expense he'll tolerate or make himself. Bring up post nasal drip and you're an ableist making fun of a disability and banned on sight. Bring up being caught jacking off and it rolls right off his back no big deal. Everyone gets their 15 minutes and that was Phil's.
