Anyway, I was looking through Reddit and I found this post with them talking about Aimee Chandler at the start of the year. I don't keep exact timestamps on troon scandals but I know that the Chandler stuff is pretty old (as in years) and they made a concentrated effort to bury/deflect from it. That is nothing new for troons. They have been denying the 'cotton ceiling'/sexual harassment of lesbians for years as well, or downplaying it if you manage to get anything out of them. I have loosely followed some troons talking about the BBC article and their desperation (and disappointment) in trying to make the whole thing trend, so now they want to make themselves look like victims and pretend they care about "everyone affected by it". It is an old post but I've posted the archive link if anyone is interested because they just won't address the problem. The comments are as you would expect - insular and saying the conversation is not needed or wanted; people from "outside the community" are interfering; TWANSPHOBIA; of course it is bad; wHaT aBoUt- Everyone knows they won't address their behavior toward lesbians anyway because troons couldn't even account for their half of an Uber ride but I have included it for their attempts at trying to manipulate the current situation because well....... fuck them.

Deep conditioner won’t fix that mess, they need a haircut. I don’t think AGPs realize that hair doesn’t just need to be cut to be kept a certain length (as if does when you are a man with short hair that you are keeping short) but that you need to trim the ends regularly to keep it healthy and stop it looking like... that.

It’s already happening to some extent, all the women calling themselves “nonbinary trans” without changing their appearance in any way. The trannies cope and seethe about it in private but can’t really say anything because they defined the rules to have zero gatekeeping lol
