Of course the rich and the powerful do not have your best interests at heart. They have their own best interests at heart. If we were ruled by rich joggers do you think they would care about you? Joggers don't even care about joggers, because that's an artificial line drawn by eurofags based on melanin instead of clan, family, and religion. Rich eurofags don't do anything different. They're still human. They'll look out a bit for their own kind but not based on the color of their skin because that's the same arbitrary system that was made for who-owned-whom during a brief period in the western hemisphere.
We can deal with it peacefully by giving individuals social mobility and placing ones own personal abilities over race and religion, or we can deal with it through racism by trying to elevate our own people by any means necessary. The Jews are successful because they mastered both -- they look out for their own people, using the tools given by a peaceful secular society. The solution isn't to blame them for winning, but to change the rules a bit so that there's more mobility for the people who want to play.

Sure I get you but honestly it shouldn't even matter if he did it because he hates Jews or not, though. That's the counterpoint. This is America, not England or Russia or somewhere else where words are crimes.
Example: If I scream "asshole" and punch a man I should be charged with assault. If I scream "nigger" and punch a Black man I should still only be charged with assault. I should not receive extra penalties because I shouted "nigger" instead of "asshole" while committing a crime.
Hate Crime Laws are actual cancer imported from Europe (don't quote me on that) which corrupt the legal, especially criminal justice, system. It inherently biases a judge and jury during a trial while tacitly signing into legal code that certain kinds of intent are worse than other kinds of intent: He intended to murder him? That's bad, but not as bad as intending to murder him because he was a Jew!
Not to mention that getting a charge of "hate crime" when the victim is White(ish) is much rarer than non-White but that's a different subject. Point is, Baked is a moron who deserves everything he gets for being moronical, however his intent being racist or not shouldn't even be a factor. "Hate Crimes" is stupid.

I have no love for Baked obviously, but charging him with a hate crime for this is fucking retarded. I know the “what if the positions were reversed” line of rhetoric is very weak but I have to say it anyway — can you imagine a Jew or muslim getting hit with a hate crime for tearing down a Christmas tree or something? Maybe destruction of property, but certainly not a hate crime. He’s likely being targeted for this prosecution because of his obnoxious public profile.

Hate crime laws aren't about ideas, they're more like laws against terroristic threats or laws making stealing an ambulance worse than stealing any other car. (just some random examples I thought of)
Threatening to shoot the leader of a political party has a bigger impact than, say, threatening to shoot your ex. There's the immediate impact on the individual, but beyond that, it has larger social implications because a bigger group of people is being intimidated out of exercising their natural rights as free people.
Hate crime laws were established because the klan was effectively using terrorist acts like lynchings to intimidate blacks and other minorities (catholics, for example) into not exercising their rights.
The government's sole purpose is to protect people's rights and it has a legitimate interest in making that job cheaper and more efficient.
They could've either:
1. stationed a shitton of government people all over the country so that minorities could feel safe running for office, voting, speaking their minds, etc
2. OR criminalize anyone weaponizing the already illegal crime of lynching (or any crime) against vulnerable populations
Hate crime laws have nothing directly to do with speech, but when they do touch on speech, it's specifically to protect speech.
Now a better argument against hate crime laws is that the fearful environment that existed during Jim Crow no longer exists. During Jim Crow, being afraid of being lynched for speaking one's mind absolutely used to be a legitimate fear, but I think nowadays it's kind of silly. No one born after 1990 has a good reason to fear it.
Though an interesting point by Null is that hate crimes against Jews has been rising recently. Though mostly by blacks.
Anyway, don't commit crimes and record yourself, that's retarded in any context.
