Small correction here. Lynching's were the punishment for rape and so the punishment for ape. They succeeded in intimidating blacks into raping less, I'd say.Hate crime laws were established because the klan was effectively using terrorist acts like lynchings to intimidate blacks and other minorities (catholics, for example) into not exercising their rights.
Justifying double punishment for a crime for daring to occur against one of The Chosen does not change the fact that double punishment and The Chosen are fucking stupid and do not belong in a modern society.Hate crime laws aren't about ideas, they're more like laws against terroristic threats or laws making stealing an ambulance worse than stealing any other car. (just some random examples I thought of)
Threatening to shoot the leader of a political party has a bigger impact than, say, threatening to shoot your ex. There's the immediate impact on the individual, but beyond that, it has larger social implications because a bigger group of people is being intimidated out of exercising their natural rights as free people.
Hate crime laws were established because the klan was effectively using terrorist acts like lynchings to intimidate blacks and other minorities (catholics, for example) into not exercising their rights.
The government's sole purpose is to protect people's rights and it has a legitimate interest in making that job cheaper and more efficient.
They could've either:
1. stationed a shitton of government people all over the country so that minorities could feel safe running for office, voting, speaking their minds, etc
2. OR criminalize anyone weaponizing the already illegal crime of lynching (or any crime) against vulnerable populations
Hate crime laws have nothing directly to do with speech, but when they do touch on speech, it's specifically to protect speech.
Now a better argument against hate crime laws is that the fearful environment that existed during Jim Crow no longer exists. During Jim Crow, being afraid of being lynched for speaking one's mind absolutely used to be a legitimate fear, but I think nowadays it's kind of silly. No one born after 1990 has a good reason to fear it.
Though an interesting point by Null is that hate crimes against Jews has been rising recently. Though mostly by blacks.
Anyway, don't commit crimes and record yourself, that's exceptional in any context.
I completely agree, it's the same aggravating infantile bullshit all identity politics fans pull "I am unable and unwilling to compete, so that means those people are evil and someone else should take what they have and give it to me while I pout and throw aimless tantrums".That's the exact same argument the woke use about white people. "X race is doing better than Y race, we must fuck over X race because they are unfair oppressors!" The only difference is that the woke deny they're being racist by their fucking exceptional "racism is power + privilege" redefinition.
World Jewry wins because they are smart and resourceful. Borrow a page from the socialists and redistribute the wealth a bit if you want another round, but don't cry if the Jews win again. If you have to resort to a holocaust to win you're just proving what a failure you are.
Baked Alaska is just as bad as the fucking libtards he's supposedly fighting. He uses the exact same playbook as a BLM tiktok zoomer.
EDIT: No I'm not a Jew. My people came from Bavaria, home of the people with funny spiral things on their armbands. They shouldn't have tried to kill the Jew scientists who could've won a war for them.
I do agree, although remember that he's also a spineless LA denizen who'd cheer while any of us got the same treatment if it got him money and attention.Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think Orwell said anything about retards recording themselves for their draconian government. Still, I wish they would just charge him with vandalism instead so I could just laugh at him rather than feel like I'm watching our civil liberties be destroyed in real time.
Excomunicated by his own Culture.
only lesson you can learn from the jews is how to enter foreign societies, feign assimilation to lower their guard, then take advantage of that by engaging in gratuitous amounts of nepotism and in group preference to put your people ahead of the suckers who let their guard down.Maybe if the idiots stopped whining and took some lessons from the jews they'd be in a better situation
If it weren’t for people documenting themselves doing stupid shit, Kiwi Farms wouldn’t exist.I will never understand why some people film themselves committing crimes.
I'm laughing because Baked was a fed and a huge cop supporter who's now shocked (shocked, I say!) to find out that the government hates him.I'm confused, while Baked is clearly a nigger, the hate crime laws are unevenly applied, and therefore a mockery of equal protection under the law, I'm also pro felony charges for any nigger too stupid to keep their hands off of shit that isn't theirs.
Help me out thread bros.
That isn't really the case, though. Those were civil rights laws, specifically the one now codified at 18 U.S.C. § 241, which as subsequently modified by Congress provides:Hate crime laws were established because the klan was effectively using terrorist acts like lynchings to intimidate blacks and other minorities (catholics, for example) into not exercising their rights.
This is (part of) what used to be called the Klan Act, as it prohibited activities the Klan was engaged in, but you will note there is no language about the motivation of the person who does it, or even any special protection for the category of people it was, at the time, aimed at protecting. If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Eh, Joe Arpaio kinda sinks this idea for me. Everything else was on point, though. No one born after 1990 has a good reason to fear it.
