can someone move leanna thirstposting into shitter street please.

Just go have a wank, nobody cares.
Yes, they are being moved. The server will just need a while to catch up.

On that note, please move any Leanna thirstposting/titposting to the WhiningShitter thread. The name seems unappealing, but it's just for any off-topic discussions.
And remember that Kat could be a swimsuit model and Phil is totally so much happier now.

Thanks. It was getting annoying. Everytime I see that woman I can't help but hear her voice which instantly throws looks out the window for any man who's dated any annoying woman.

Anyways. Seems like Far Cry is done... im guessing. Nobody seems to give a fuck in chat. Like 3 people are the only people talking.

But hey who gives a fuck right? Phil has $250 to blow, their entertainment is secondary or even tertiary at this point. Giving him money and stroking his obnoxious ego are PRIMARY.

Leanna is pushing them up. Not to diss her physically, she still has a good body. I'll diss her for being a horrible annoying cunt.
Still nicer than Phil and smarter since she ditched his ass in the end.

Plus, since we know Phil reads this thread...Hi, Phil! Like thinking about your ex who you basically traded for a horse because you took her for granted?

I may be wrong, but the last time Phil was explicitly begging for hundreds of dollars in tips, and money to cover the cost of games in particular, it was right before the bankruptcy started.
Not only is this probably a strong indicator that his addiction got the better of him last month and he spent more than he could handle, but I think it points to the dangerous entitlement that has been enabled and which Phil has allowed to spiral.

As I mentioned before, the bankruptcy and his financial woes were based on business expenses of $5k monthly, which included the purchasing of games.
Since the PS5 came around, Phil has become autistically fixated on spending nothing on the business. Think about it. Aside from vests and hats, Phil has tried to buy nothing.

He begged for stream improvements he can afford (he has met the criteria he established for affording them and is now lying), including a chair, laptop, and XBox.
He has filled his schedule with less-than-full-price remasters of games he has already played, or ones that he previously skipped and now feigns interest in (MonkeyBall).
He has leaned into any games that do not have a full next-gen price tag.
He became obsessed with gamepass and openly expressed interest in the idea that he could pay one fee to then not have to pay for games.
He recently admitted that he was using credit a fan gave him to make Amazon purchases (for the hats and his headphones), and for games. This strongly indicates that a whale approached him about supporting like this and an arrangement was made for game credits specifically. He is now asking again for credits and tips.
His spending on the business has probably dropped under $700 each month for the last 4 months. And that's me high balling it.

Phil resents that, after the bankruptcy, he should have to spend a fucking cent on his business. Everything should be provided for him to continue.
He seems aware that this mentality is problematic, which is why he is asking for credits - not only does he not want it to eat into the spending money (tips), but Phil knows he cannot convince himself to spend the tip money on the business now, so he needs to lock himself to paying for games with digital credits.

This recent line about Metroid Dread and Guardians and not being able to afford them, and still only maybe playing them after saying he got credits to play them... it all suggests that his spending is so out of control that he can't even force himself to loosely run his business anymore. The credits are him sneakily trying to use his fans to regulate his spending a little.
Good catch, especially on the bit about him actually attempting to curb himself using the pigs, because that's yet more proof that he doesn't lack as much awareness as it would seem at first glance. He knows what kind of flaws he has, he just doesn't want to face them in a way that involves exerting himself in order to change for the better. Way easier to just take it one day at a time, doing whatever it takes to put off the inevitable.

In thinking on this, I wonder how much time Phil thinks he has left in this world. We know his perspective on his own age is quite stunted, he is aware of being 39, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't grasp what that means. 40 is when a lot of people start to break down at least a little bit, well, Phil is obviously not average there. He can't even avoid getting winded from moving some lightweight boxes around. I don't joke around when I imply that he's not long for this world, but the real question is how much Phil himself understands that. Does he accept at all that he's not likely to double his current age?

I'm willing to guess the thing he most wants not to even contemplate is his own mortality. I'll wager he has neither thoughts of seeing 80, or a cynical outlook on his longevity. Why would he? Imagine how painful it is to think about how long he has to maintain his chosen lifestyle, whether it's mercifully another five years but it means dying fairly young, which I doubt he relishes the thought of, or almost cruelly another 25, which he probably doesn't want either.

Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place.
But hey who gives a fuck right? Phil has $250 to blow, their entertainment is secondary or even tertiary at this point. Giving him money and stroking his obnoxious ego are PRIMARY.
Depends on how much the dead nature of his chat rubs his ego the wrong way. He seems to enjoy more the high he gets from being a wrathful god over it, than the thought of being full of so many die-hard fans of how awesome he is. Phil comes across as being more apt to relish in being the victim who manages to secure a seat of very minor power versus being the center of the whole world's attention.

Then again, this is after a decade of his dreams being crushed and so many opportunities to position himself as an innocent victim. It may actually be such a tradition with him, the act of being all "I'm so undeservedly persecuted" in reaction to failing and not being able to take it like an adult, not because it's really what he wants.

Phil's rant about Vanguard is funny because when he plays it in the next few days it will sound like the greatest game he has ever played. "Wow dude the fixed the problems from the beta".

I ran through the campaign yesterday and it's better then Cold War Phil doesn't know shit.

Still waiting on that green screen, Phil.

Makes you wonder when he’ll hit the panic button and go back to Flight Simulator.

Why the fuck did Phil hire a lawyer for a hacked bank account anyway?
A situation that's as easy to fix as a call or visit to your local bank?
What in the world goes on in that head of his? Its like he WANTS to waste money. Maybe living paycheck to paycheck is a fetish.
Or he wants a pity story to buy a zombie hogan card in WWE Champions

First of all, very :optimistic: of you to take Daves word at face value about actually getting a lawyer.

And wasting money is kinda what he does and have always done.

So I made a DSP video sharing my thoughts on his bizarre approach to refusing sponsorships (if he's to be believed in the first place and not lying over it). Shout-out to @Piece of Peace and his excellent tips tracker which I plug at end too, was aware of it of course but only explored it myself recently and it's very detailed.

My thoughts exactly.

What services can a lawyer provide, even if PP knew exactly who leaked his info and potentially took money from him?

He's claiming that due to the bankruptcy, he's required to have his accounts "handled" by others in situations of this nature. That means that according to him, if he ever loses a debit card while buying ULTA for the horse, he has to lawyer up and have them contact the bank and report the account as compromised to generate a new debit card account in BoA's systems. Because that's basically all he did with that checking account.

His lies don't need to make sense anymore. If anything, he's going to filter out the more inquisitive types and only attract the biggest dunces by being so blatant. One thing he kept saying when he brought up that figure was "IN AMERICA!" so it's probably a fleece targeting Euro whales specifically.

Phil refuses sponsorships because he has no sponsorships to refuse.
He acts like a moral paragon but if a publisher offered him a free game he would not deny it.

Makes a lot of sense (well as much as anything in the vortex can), as far I read things his early stream is the most profitable and that's the one where all us Euro fags can still watch in a reasonable time. The late on is either night or very early morning here.

Exactly this. He would accept anything, anything... things he dont even need like chair or that switch control thingy (he didnt even try it out before reviewing).

Also, remember the time he wanted to do WEEKLY SPONSORED STREAMS? Too bad he was kicked out of the bounty program.

That is clearly a possibility.
On the other hand, Dave is exactly the kind of guy who would panic and is bad enough with money to ring up a lolyer and paying extra "fees" to get shit done "quickly".

I imagine their phone call going something like this:
Dave: "Dirty detractors got my bank account information and social security number!!! Haaaaaalp!!"
Lolyer: "Mr Burnell, calm down and call your bank to get everything sorted out. We could do this in your stead, but it will cost you our standard rate."
Dave: "I don't have time to deal with this stuff myself, I'm a matchooor adult and are working my ass off every day!!!!
