Sounds to me like he had a panic/anxiety attack, but the symptoms can seem an awful lot like a heart issue. Of course given Ralph's physique and lifestyle a stress test and EKG would be useful to fully rule out any heart trouble, but in typical Ethan Ralph fashion he settled for some pills, and then some more pills to cover the side effects of the first pills.

The hospital had a big incentive to chalk it up to angina or panic attack or anything to get his fat, no insurance having, ass back on the plane and out of Clark County asap.

The hospitals would go bankrupt if they admitted every broken down piece of shit that had a health crisis in Vegas. He needs to be the problem of his local Virginia hospital system. Iā€™m sure they have a whole streamlined game plan to get the fat broke uninsured losers back on the plane and home asap. All they have to do is make sure is heā€™s in good enough shape to survive the trip home.
