With clear written decisions telling her no? And with Melinda showing a distinct understanding that $750 in Attorney’s fees were ordered against her and an Appeal Bond in that amount was required. And now given this official document trail, which Ms. Scott clearly is well aware of, Why is she attempting to pass off a vague web page as proof that the current Defendants Attorney is not simply incorrect, but that he has committed a Sanctionable Act of fraud against the court.
