but even if it did it would still only matter in Wisconsin

and it would only matter in the specific situation of "you are a minor running around a riot being chased by some dude with a skateboard and you kill him." it would absolute not impact the right to self defense in general.

You don't think every one of these Soros DAs would take it as a greenlight to try and hang anyone who finds themselves in a massive chimp out and has to defend themselves?
I get they aren't making new laws here but it just seems like it will show everyone how far they can go and get away with it.

Yeah, but murder is illegal in every jurisdiction, so is assault. If DAs and the media know they have everyone trained well enough to call this case a murder why can't every situation where someone with wrong think gets into a conflict with someone with right think, regardless of the facts of the case?
