>Trial is paused until monday
>off-topic shitpostings commences almost immediately

Puts a smile on my face, as it reminds me of the whole Chauvin thread. You did not disappoint me KiwiFarms.

The two strongest arguments in any court of law are "It has always been this way" and "This is what happened the last time".

The outcome of this case could savagely curtail the right to practice self defence legally under the Law of Man if Kyle is convicted, this case will become the precedent by which future cases will be practiced.
Jury Verdicts do not generally have precedential value.

yep

it would have to get appealed and then he'd have to lose again

which isn't going to happen

but even if it did it would still only matter in Wisconsin

and it would only matter in the specific situation of "you are a minor running around a riot being chased by some dude with a skateboard and you kill him." it would absolute not impact the right to self defense in general.

You don't think every one of these Soros DAs would take it as a greenlight to try and hang anyone who finds themselves in a massive chimp out and has to defend themselves?
I get they aren't making new laws here but it just seems like it will show everyone how far they can go and get away with it.

"I think we all know how bad things really are."
Live by the skateboard, die by the skateboard
Live by the skateboard, die by MUH AAAY ARRR FIFTEEEN.
I love the constant insinuations that Pedobaum couldn't have been a threat because he was 5'3. If he'd lived he'd be positively fuming in manlet rage.
Somehow this dude makes Edward Elric look like a calm, restrained individual when matters of height or its lack thereof are brought up.
The pros brought him up for reasons neither he nor they know.
All he wanted to do was ask Binger about his extended warranty...
Binger is getting pissed off at his own witness.
Is this the third witness of his that's turned out to be a torpedo aimed at his own case? I've lost track.
This guy is fucking him too because he's basically saying "yeah we told him to go away." I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecution doesn't commit sudoku at this point and add to the body count.
I'm waiting for Binger to pull a reverse R. Budd Dwyer and kill himself to prove Rittenhouse's guilt. "Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty and I have always maintained his guilt!" *BLAM*
They'll get performatively mad since they were 'allies' protesting for their lives n shieeet, but the tribalism for it to turn into more riots probably isn't there. It'll probably just result in more seethepieces from The Root and Don Lemon losing his shit on CNN.
At this point Don Lemon has lost his shit so often and so hard his partner's dick has to be able to use Lemon's anus as a squeegee.
While I'm not convinced that Kyle killed any humans that day, it's likely that he believes that he did. Hopefully he doesn't find himself too psychologically damaged by the experience.
In the immortal words of Rafal Gan Ganowicz... he never killed a single person. Only communists.

DAs have to follow the law of the jurisdiction they're actually in

Liberals be trying hard, even now to destroy the concept of self defense.

After that, we getting tribalism taken to the extreme since these Soros DAs look the other way on very important Democrat voters committing crimes.

Well at least the court is in Wisconsin and not Illinois or Minnesota.

Yeah, but murder is illegal in every jurisdiction, so is assault. If DAs and the media know they have everyone trained well enough to call this case a murder why can't every situation where someone with wrong think gets into a conflict with someone with right think, regardless of the facts of the case?
