The most obvious evidence that Phil is lying about that (other than, you know, it being something said by Phil, the liar) is how absurdly mad he got at that guy who suggested that he could be reimbursed if he got in contact with the bank's fraud department and proved that there was a fraud.

No one reacts like that when offered genuine advice. Phil saw that a person with actual know-how was showing his paypigs that Phil didn't really need to waste any money on that, and he got mad. It had actually been some time since I had seen Phil get mad like that. Can't have anyone exposing his scams in his own chat like that.

This has been one of the most clear examples of him lying for gacha money yet it's insane. Suddenly out of nowhere he got a $1,500 bill on the same morning a new Hogan gets released in WWE Champions. After the paypigs empty their wallets and give up a couple hundred Phil oh sorry I mean DownFromTheRafters goes on a WWE Champions spending spree and gets the new Hogan. Phil obviously knows his fans are dentheads but goddamn man anyone that knows about the bank leaks can see this was a blatant scam that worked like usual.
